Comfortable stay for 4days. The location was a little bit far from the train station that you have to take bus or taxi to the hotel, but it was nice to have some convenience stores and good restaurants and cafes around. The view from the window was beautiful and friendly staff. Love to visit again.

Nice and clean rooms. Has a lot of sockets which is good when travelling in a group. Also provides shuttle to the airport which is very convenient. 24 hour mart at the basement of the hotel is a plus. Additionally, the 24 hour front desk allows for check in anytime which is good for any flight times.

I was able to check in after midnight without any hassles. But customer service at the hotel is not good. The room i checked into had a blocked toilet, I had to ask multiple times for the problem to be fixed. The receptionists had no sense of urgency to fix the problem. I had to use the toilet in the lobby which was in such a horrible state, filthy to say the least. The charging ports in the room were not compatible with my chargers. I was rudely told to buy my own at emart store when I requested one from the receptionist (hence I’m complaining about customer service).
The only thing I liked about the hotel is the proximity to the airport and there are some nice restaurants in the area, a sea promenade for a stroll and a sea side park for more strolling or running.
Nice area, but I’d recommend a different hotel if you want to be close to the airport.

The good service of this hotel is airport drop off and pick up is free of charge. When we have tried to contact to request for pick up at the airport, it doesn't work, some staffs are too arrogant because they treated customer not polite seems ro look down in communication.

Little bit away from the yeongjong station on airport train line, but has comfortable bus which stops in front of the hotel. Amazing view to the yellow sea bay from my room and beautiful Yeongjongjin Park nearby.

The hotel is cleaned and the reception ladies are so passionate and polite. We had miss the last shutter bus so we have to take kakao back to hotel due to the late arrival from flight..That cause us spend quite alot of the money in kakao🥺
The nearby have E-mart and CU..As we have a short stay for catch tomorrow next flight. We able to manage get the first shutter bus to airport. Plus, we request the wake up call, it is fully functioning.
But the small is small, is enough for two people..

We only spent one night due to a connection flight the next morning at the nearby airport but we had an overall good experience.
We had to grab a taxi as the free shuttle bus service was not operating late at night, and it costed around 25K. However we could book the free transfer for the next morning which was super convenient.
The late check-in was smooth and we got a spacious double room. It had a great view, was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. We could sleep really well, the mattress was comfortable and there was no noise at all.
Good value for money!
