Royal Emporium Incheon

I checked in very late, around midnight, and was never clearly informed that the 11:00 AM checkout was so strictly enforced. This morning, a woman from reception called me and was extremely rude and aggressive, demanding an extra 11,000 KRW. She showed zero hospitality or understanding of my late arrival. I felt so harassed and rushed that I was literally throwing my things into my bags and left with my suitcases not even fully zipped. To make matters worse, the facilities like the gym close at 8:00 PM, which is useless for anyone arriving late. It is a shame because the location has potential, but the hostile treatment from the staff makes it a place I will never return to. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually treat guests with respect."

The location was way too far from anywhere ! You needed to catch a taxi to Seoul which would take around an hour. This is good for one night if you had a flight the next morning as it is close to the airport. Wouldn’t recommend tbh

Nice hotel, very friendly amd helpful staff, close to the airport, but far away from most of thr popular locations.

I stayed for a night and the receptionist was very kind. She assisted me with anything that I requested and she was even kind enough to help me find an ATM which was a struggle if you use Union Pay. The hotel is a 12 minutes drive from airport with no traffic and the area was cute and quiet

Should work on cleaning the rooms better, service is not good enough.
