The owner is very rude and is a bully. He yells at guest in an attempt to intimidate them and are threatened with being kicked out. The owner is disrespectful to all his guest. The owner has several guest living there as their home, the owner knows thus and takes advantage of guests situations. Most guest pay for extended ount of days and he will kick you out and not refund for the days prepaid. If you ask for refund he will yell and threaten to call police. Advice: the owner is not allowed to keep your money and this is theft! He can ask you to leave his property but legally cannot keep your money. The owner thrives on deceptive business practices by keeping your money and does not follow through with awrvices you paid for. Stay away from this place. Continental breakfast is a joke and so is the cleanliness.

Pool was closed . My wife got stuck in the bath room .She could not pull the door open after she closed it .No plug in the bathtub so she could not take a bath . I had to go buy a stopper myself . the office would not supply one . The smoke detector chirped for two days . NOT Happy!!

Check-in was great, room appeared clean upon arrival but when you take off your shoes it was bad. House keeping comes very early in the morning and leave at lunch so those of us who work late at night don't get the luxury of a made bed, fresh sheets or, clean towels. Breakfast had 2 options but it is based on first come first serve. All in all..... Not satisfied at all

The hotel was advertised as extremely poor, with a musty smell as soon as you entered. The location was also incredibly inconvenient. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. Despite paying over 3,000 yuan, I turned around and left as soon as I arrived; it was uninhabitable.

The Manager and the receptionists and the cleaning crew are More than expected! The rooms are Very Clean! And they are quick to help in every situation. I can not say enough about this motel. They have coffee and waffles and cereal and little muffins for breakfast. You will be very comfortable here. The beds are cozy and it's pretty quiet. Great Value! Independence I-70 and Noland Road!

Overall, our stay was good. However, there were a few issues: the top sheet had a blood stain, the hairdryer smelled burnt when turned on (it was replaced promptly by the staff), and the bathroom door didn’t close properly. Aside from these issues, everything else was good.
