Overall, this stay was okay but had several issues that would make me hesitant to return.
The room itself was the best part of the stay. It was spacious and mostly clean, though the shower clips looked like they could have been cleaned more thoroughly. We stayed from Saturday through Monday.
The biggest issue was the amount of noise and lack of control in the common areas. There were tons of kids running through the hallways late into the night, and the pool, hot tub, and even the gym were constantly full of kids. Because of that, we weren’t able to use any of those amenities at all, and it didn’t feel very sanitary. The pool was also noticeably smaller than it appeared in the pictures.
Our first night was particularly uncomfortable. We could hear what sounded like a domestic violence situation for hours and reported it to the front desk. They said they tried to locate the room but couldn’t find where it was coming from, even though the yelling and screaming were very loud. There were also multiple other loud parties and arguments throughout the night that we could clearly hear from our room.
Sunday night was much calmer, which we appreciated.
On Monday morning, we woke up early to get breakfast but it had already closed. The pool was also supposed to open at 9am but remained closed the entire morning and was going to be closed all night as well, so we never got to experience it during our stay. Next time we will just make the long trek back home.
