Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis-Downtown

Room was clean. I have was able to check in in less than 5 minutes. Process was very smooth.

Things that stood out: clean and spacious room. Breakfast was nice. Felt safe and close to Gainbridge.

When we woke up the next morning our room door had been been opened by someone. It made us feel unsafe. Additionally the bathroom door was off the track so we had to both lift it and fix this when we arrived. However, the room and location was perfect for us.

Every was clean and well presented. Staff were very courteous and assisted when I had questions. The valet service was efficient and we never had to wait more then 10 minutes for our vehicle. We expected the breakfast to be good, and was not disappointed. Diverse choices so even our 8 year old was happy 😊 The next trip to Indy I will definitely book our stay at this hotel.

The room was huge, loaded with amenities, and very clean. The hallways were quiet with no doors being slammed shut. Every employee we came in contact with was friendly and welcoming.

Well located, staff very kind, amenities excellent! Only downside is parking is expensive! If you don’t need to park, this is the bang for the buck!!!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Wish it would have been longer. The staff there was kind and super helpful. Our room was clean and all was organized. If we ever come back to the area we are definitely booking here again!!

We checked our room around 9pm and unbeknownst to us the heat was not working, one shade was stuck open and there was construction directly outside our window with huge bright lights, and the ceiling fan was going to fall from the ceiling when turned on. After realizing we contacted the front desk and were informed there is no maintenence after hours n we could switch. Since it was late we arranged for them to look at in the am by 1030. In the morning we were told maintenance was behind and won't be available till after 11. We told them not to enter since we were headed out for the day and pointless to switch rooms since we were checking out the next day. When I mentioned all the issues to Allen the General Manager who was busy making himself breakfast kindly dismissed me as it was nothing as said some Hilton points would be added to my account and walked away to finish his breakfast. Not happy at all considering the price of the room, valet parking rates and keys not forget it was -9 outside and the room was 68 degrees even with a space heater, bright lights all night and in return some points added. What a Joke. Horrible experience
