Crowne Plaza INDIANAPOLIS-AIRPORT by IHG Reviews

When we arrived we were greeted and provided with water. We had two rooms booked and was told if we wanted to be close, we would need to wait for a room to be cleaned. We opted to wait. We continued to wait and then had to get checked in to make it to the concert we had tickets for. So we all went into one of the booked rooms to get ready as the room was not ready for us. I found this not the best customer service as we had booked the rooms in the same reservation so they were aware that two rooms were needed and should have been ready for this at the noted check-in time of 4pm. At 4:30 the second room was still not ready so was not utilized until after the concert (12:30 am).

A bit dated but very clean. Would stay again next time I am here.

Aside from the air conditioning being a bit noisy, everything else was fine. My flight was early. The hotel's airport shuttle drivers were very nice. There's a small shop on the first floor. The restaurant is okay for a casual meal. The yogurt here is quite good.

It's a nice hotel. It's clean. It's close to the airport and they have a shuttle bus. It's quite far from downtown and you have to use Uber or a rental car to get there. I booked for 3 nights, but I ended up staying at a friend's house, so I asked multiple times to cancel after only one night, and they said they didn't mind the cancellation fee, but they didn't refund me at all. I couldn't get in touch with trip.com either. This is a scam.

Although it is near the airport, the free shuttle takes more than ten minutes and goes around the airport. I waited a long time for the airport pick-up. Finally, I called and it arrived in 10 minutes. The deposit refund was very slow and I have not received it yet.

The service is very good. The front desk is friendly. There is airport pick-up service, which is very convenient. But the air conditioner is too noisy...

Very good hotel, big room, hotel breakfast is 21 dollars, although it is close to the airport, but there is no noise, parking lot is free, we stayed for 5 days. I will go again next time

Very comfortable, not bad

The room is very spacious. It is not crowded at all for two people. What is more considerate is that there are two tables for two people, which is very convenient for using the computer.

過來參加展會，想着與其住在DT的酒店價格都是這裏的快3倍了，還不如住在機場邊上UBER去DT，事實證明確實是個明智的選擇。服務人員熱情耐心，酒店的早晚飯也都很不錯，機場接送服務也很方便。

酒店有免費巴士接送。入住時和前台預約送機時間。很方便。房間很大。隔音也很好。住的挺舒服的。值得推薦一住。
