Was clean but very strict. I had to scan for parking and when I ask for someone to stay tonight they complained.

I discovered a roach in my room, so my family and I decided to check out as soon as possible. When we went to complain to the employees about the issue, we were surprised to find no one at the front desk. We left the key card at the front desk and departed.

We chose this hotel because it was stated in the description that baby crib was available. They didn’t have and said never had. Apart of that it need refurbishment and better cleaning.

Very close to the airport; a Lyft taxi ride takes 15 minutes and costs less than $15. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice; airport shuttle service was available for $10. Plenty of hot water in the shower; two small bars of soap and two small bottles of shower gel were provided. There was a water heater and two coffee packets. The room was quiet.

The woman at the counter was very kind and helpful. There's a drive-thru fast food restaurant within walking distance, so you don't have to worry about getting hungry.
