Hyatt Place Indianapolis Downtown

it ok but in the beginning at check in and check out the front desk said should be pay!!! How !!! I don’t know in the end and after discussion with hotel management It turned out that the reception staff did not know that the payment was made by a third party and that my card was different from the travel agency's card. It was sad and they made me tired with them. Add that the room was overlooking a basketball court and a public street, and it was the worst days of the trip, so I couldn't sleep peacefully.

Very clean, comfy beds and straight across the street from the stadium! Definitely will be back

Check in was very easy, staff was friendly. Room was very clean, probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Everything from the carpet, bathroom, furniture, and bed. The bed was very comfortable, almost too comfortable! Breakfast was delicious and a great variety of items to choose from. Location was excellent with everything within walking distance. Parking garage is very secure. I would definitely stay again!
