Very nice facility, and nice helpful staff; did NOT appreciate housekeeping knocking on the door two hours prior to checkout. That was the only negative. Good food & drink options right in the hotel. Will definitely return.

Everything was great for our Valentine’s weekend. The location was perfect for walking to our show at Gainbridge Fieldhouse as well as all of the restaurants and bars downtown. Loved the view from our 14th floor room and the bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Could never get room warm never got above 62 even though i had thermostat set to 80.the pillows were like bricks not comfortable at all

This room was not worth $824.00/night. They say it was the view? Basic room, no extras, pay parking (so expensive) and of course the pool was under renovations in the area, so they closed the pool with no notice. The only nice thing was it was attached to the WWETT show, however we walked outside anyways.

The room was very clean and organized, staff was friendly and welcoming. The absolute best view! All in all 10/10. Best anniversary experience. Thankyou for making it comfortable!

Shower head was clogged - weak flow and poor stream. Told front desk of issue. They installed new head that same day so the shower at night was great. Very clean room and considerate staff. Would recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at.

Was beautiful stay and service was great. A little disappointed that what was the hot tub is now a planter and half of the elevators out of order.

They gave the room that we reserved away. We requested a king with sofa bed & they didn't have any available at check in. I was told that they were sold out even though our reservation stated that we had one. We had to take a room with two double beds which was not ideal.
