"This hotel was AMAZING! The place is beautiful, the room is stunning and has everything you need - the bathtub was so lovely and relaxing. They provided us with all the amenities you need and it was the perfect weekend! The location is great, and the staff were incredible- so attentive and did everything they could to make sure we had the best time. It was the BEST weekend away and I have zero complaints and I would recommend this place to anyone!! Plus the food was delicious and the KTV room was a great addition!"

"Superb stay, in a perfect location amidst a bamboo forest, far from the crowds and making you feel fully relaxed and comfortable. The vibe at the house is super cozy, the place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, with warm colors and a home-vibe all around. Ernest and his team were super supportive since the first moment of the reservation and assisted us immediately through WeChat if any question. We also enjoyed their exquisite Chinese local dinner set; it was tasty and fresh! The breakfast is also very delicious. Finally, the bedroom was really amazing, with one of the best views I’ve had in a countryside hotel by far; just spectacular to relax and get a perfect getaway from the city. "A disappointing internet celebrity style homestay, the scenery is OK but the problems are also prominent: 1. Hygiene issues: There were hair residues on the sofa and the floor, and the black marks and fibers on the white carpet were not cleaned up. 2.Space layout: The main feature is the hot spring with a window view, but the windows of the rooms on the first floor do not provide enough privacy. Standing in the yard, you can see the whole house, and you cannot take a bath without drawing the curtains. The design is very unreasonable. 3. Inconsistent service: There was someone to guide us when we arrived, but when we checked out, the place was empty. The auntie even greeted us and asked us to check out early because she had to clean up the place by herself and she was going on a trip the next day. It was also revealed that the day we checked out was the last business day of the B&B this year, and that the store would be closed for upgrades and renovations because the fire safety standards were still not up to standard. It's really ridiculous. 4. The terrifying mountain road entrance: Before reaching the B&B, you need to walk through a short forest path with no open view at all. There are no street lights at night, so you need to use the high-intensity flashlight prepared by the hotel. 5. Smart devices that are worse than not having them: the hotel’s automatic curtain switches failed to work, and the smart speaker could not connect to the Internet. No TV, no projection. Hope it can be improved after the renovation."

"The hotel is on the mountain, so the view is awesome. The host was helpful and polite. Hot springs were very beautiful and I enjoyed my bathing there. The room was very clean, there was everything inside. I liked to eat my breakfast on the terrace with mountains view. Could even see the sunset there in the evening."

"Check-in at the hotel was seamless. It's also EV-friendly, with charging stations available on B2 downstairs. Despite its mountain location, the weather was scorching hot, making outdoor activities during the day impossible. So we decided to spend our time enjoying the hotel's amenities. Thankfully, there was a wealth of activities to choose from: a swimming pool, hot springs, sauna, a kids' splash pool, and a playground. Adults could even play billiards, which was a huge plus. In the evening, we could walk just two minutes to the main resort area, where we took a cable car up the mountain to enjoy attractions like the Cloud Coaster and Glass Drifting. Overall, the experience was fantastic, making it an excellent choice for a family trip. The breakfast spread was also quite generous. We'll definitely be back!"

"To sum it up, my child loved this hotel and wants to come back again!~ From the moment we checked in, the reception staff were incredibly thoughtful, explaining all the important details. We had mentioned bringing a baby beforehand, and upon entering the room, we found a bed rail already installed, along with birthday decorations and a complimentary cake!~ All the hotel staff were warm and attentive, especially Lumi, the young man with glasses (we even found his photo!), the big brother at the shooting range, and the young lady who helped us make scented cards. (Oh, and all the staff are great photographers, haha!) The chef was also very friendly and interacted warmly with my little one! ❤️ The restaurant's food was delicious! My child ate six ribs all by themselves! 🤣 The environment was very photogenic, and there were plenty of activities. Both adults and children had a wonderful time. They even gave us a souvenir when we left, and there were no unjustified charges. A small suggestion: the room didn't have a step stool or baby slippers for children, but we brought our own, so it wasn't a big deal. Also, the kids' club could stay open a little later in the evening, as my child wanted to play a bit more after dinner. ☺️"

"這次帶家人來莫干山度週末，選了未有期度假莊園，真的遠超預期！我們住的是家庭房，房間特別寬敞，帶一個大露台，一眼望出去就是竹海，孩子和長者都喜歡得不得了。酒店的服務太貼心了，知道我們有小朋友，提前準備了小童拖鞋和牙刷，細節滿分！早餐營養搭配均衡，尤其是那個桂花米糕，鬆軟香甜，孩子一口氣吃了兩個。酒店周邊還有小溪，帶孩子去玩了水，撿了小石頭，體驗了一把真正的山野樂趣。下次來莫干山，一定還會選擇這裏！"
