The wifi in the room is extremely difficult to use. You need to register and log in with your mobile phone to have a network. The signal is not stable. You have to log in again every time you reconnect. If you need to handle work in the room, choose carefully. 3. When parking, the front desk did not guide the parking, but only said to turn right to the parking lot. After parking the car, I asked the villagers next to me if it was okay to park the car there. The villagers said it was okay. As a result, when I checked out and was about to leave, a blue electric car blocked my car. I asked the driver to move the car, but the driver actually cursed and said that I parked in the wrong place and why didn't I park when there was so much space next to it. Later I found out that the owner of the car was a partner of the hotel's tea factory and worked in the hotel's tea shop. We also bought hundreds of tea leaves, but all we got in return was curses. 4. Thoughtfully, he swapped them for coffee and milk instead. He even came out to guide me to the parking lot! One last tip: when checking out the next day, make sure to disable any auto-pay parking features on your phone first. Then, inform the front desk of your license plate number to get complimentary parking. Otherwise, there might be a mix-up!"

"Disappointing Experience at Twinkle Hotel, Hangzhou My stay at Twinkle Hotel in Hangzhou left me with mixed feelings. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. However, several aspects of my experience were quite disappointing, enough that I regret my decision to stay there. Upon arrival, I found the front desk staff to be somewhat indifferent. While they efficiently checked me in, their lack of warmth and smiles made them appear disinterested in guests' experience. One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was its advertised pool. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel doesn't have a pool of its own. Instead, guests are directed to a nearby pool club, which, to its credit, was nice. However, the hotel misrepresents the pool service; they only provide a one-time ticket for the entire stay. If you wish to use the pool again on another day, you must pay an additional 128 RMB. This crucial information was not disclosed during booking, which I consider to be deceptive advertising. Another disappointment was regarding a promised free gift of digital version pictures, as stated in the booking. When I inquired about this at the front desk, they claimed to have no knowledge of such an offer. This inconsistency added to my frustration and left me questioning whether the fault lies with the booking app or the hotel itself."

"The check-in process at the front desk was reasonably quick. I requested a crib or a bumper, but there was no response until check-in. The front desk gave me welcome gifts of strawberries and white wine, but after checking in, I felt a bit awkward lugging my suitcases across the carpet. The hotel is large, and there's a lack of directions, so I had to navigate the area on my own. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. The fried dumplings in the Chinese restaurant were quite good. After entering the room, there were stains on the bathroom floor and a rubber band left in the corner of the sofa. Cleanliness was average. The children's playground hadn't opened yet, so it felt a bit rushed. Fortunately, my baby wasn't picky about toys and played with the sand and magnetic tiles for a while. There was only one person keeping things organized, and sometimes they didn't seem to be paying attention. The mini bar snacks were provided after dinner, and they included cookies and tomatoes. The tomatoes didn't look very juicy, so I didn't eat them. About 80% of the guests were from Shanghai with families. The restaurant was packed in the morning, with a crowd surrounding the noodle stand and coffee machine. Breakfast is recommended for early arrivals. There is not much to see around the hotel, maybe just the Fuchun River after going down the mountain."

"Our stay at Yunzhongjing Resort was perfect. The location is quiet, serene and peaceful amongst the bamboo forest. The staff are all attentive and friendly. Xiao Liu was very helpful in ensuring our stay was comfortable and recommended some hiking trails for us. The room is tastefully furnished in a wabi sabi style and had a bowl of fruit, soup and snacks. We will come again."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a ten-minute walk from Xixi Wetland Park, making it ideal for tourists exploring the area. I booked a king-bed room package which included tickets to Xixi Wetland Park, and I was even upgraded to a suite for free. The suite was very spacious and featured a private balcony. It came equipped with a smart bidet toilet, and the soundproofing was excellent – despite having neighbors, I didn't hear a peep. There's a swimming pool on the sixth floor. The hotel also offers a delivery robot service, bringing takeout directly to your room. In the evenings, complimentary 'goodnight' drinks like mung bean soup are provided. The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Concierge 'Chilli'. The only slight drawback was that breakfast was just average."
