Just a short walk from Dang Wangi Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. Seeing Kuala Lumpur's sights from this hotel is easy with Petaling Street Market, Petronas Twin Towers and Petrosains, The Discovery Centre all close by. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around. For guests traveling as a couple, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
"This is my first time to spend few days in KL! And I was very happy for the first ever placed we stayed on. Although there are pros and cons… Pros: staffs are friendly and approachable. Instructions were concise and clear, before and during our stay. We stayed at level 15, place is clean, and I love the balcony. There were 2 bottles of water, and slippers provided as well.. Near to everything, the mall just few steps away from our place and there’s food stall every where , 7-11 beside the building as well Cons: It’s noisy outside, can hear the loud motorcycle even we’re already on the 15th floor. A stinky smell coming from the shower drain. Lastly, out of 4 elevators 2 were out of orders/ not working , so have to wait at the lobby. Noticed mosquitoes too at the lobby. Still happy with our stays👍🏻👍🏻😊!"

"We contacted the hotel via WhatsApp a day before arrival, completed the pre-check-in, and received detailed instructions about access and parking (we had a car). The check-in itself was quick and smooth, with no lines. We were given two room keys, which also worked as parking cards. The room was very spacious and cozy. The only surprise was the condition of the towels: they were clean but quite worn, and once we were even given a torn one. The view was beautiful — overlooking the Saloma Link, with the Petronas Towers. The cemetery view did not bother us at all. Housekeeping is done on request: every morning the administrator messages to ask whether cleaning is needed. Unfortunately, the cleaning quality was rather basic — dust was not removed, and we even left a small piece of paper on the floor as a test, which stayed there until the end of our stay. Trash was taken out regularly, and water, tea, and coffee were replenished. On the positive side, the staff were very responsive and reacted to any request quickly. There were no insects and no unpleasant smells in the room. The swimming pool on the 51st floor has stunning city views and is perfect for photos. However, the pool itself is not very large, there are very few loungers, and the relaxation area is small, not very cozy, and almost always occupied. A special mention goes to the elevators: during peak hours it is very difficult to get one, crowds form, and waiting times can reach 15 minutes or more. Overall, I can recommend this hotel. We spent an unforgettable 10 days there."

"Flat is excellent. Very spacious with kitchen, dining, sitting and bedroom. Sink was a bit smelly but I asked for it to be cleaned. Filtered water machine was good but you did need to chill the filtered water Customer service a bit clunky, end of trip inspection was over the top, and slow to reoay the deposit if you use card Pool was great.. Overall a great location, and very good value"

"I really liked the apartment. It's very clean, stylish, and cozy. It has two rooms and a large bathroom. There's a steam iron, a hair dryer, and dishes. A few household items were missing, like a cloth, sponge, and glasses. (This is for a longer stay.) Now for the nuances. The building is new, construction is ongoing, and the drilling noise starts around 9:00 AM. It didn't bother us, as we were already awake. There's construction film on the hallway floors, but it didn't bother us at all. The soundproofing is really bad, but that seems to be the case in all new buildings. The wait time for the elevators during peak hours is about 5 minutes. We had to wait for all floors, as one of the four elevators is still under repair and is used to transport construction materials. A security guard patrols the pool area and shows everyone a notice with dress codes. Most people nod and go swimming anyway :) The water is cold, unheated, and the view is very beautiful. There's also a garden above. The location is a little off the beaten track from KLCC, Suria, and Petronas—about a 30-minute walk, but you'll be walking a bit near the slums. We took a lot of taxis. There's a shopping mall with a supermarket across the street. Overall, if you're looking for a new building and don't mind the noise in the morning, this is a great value."

"The lady at the front desk was so kind and thoughtful; she helped us upgrade to a larger room, which was amazing. The view was beautiful, and the facilities were top-notch, including a water purifier right in the room, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area has plenty of great food, drinks, and entertainment options. The concierge gave us some excellent recommendations for places to eat, and it's only about a ten-minute walk to the Twin Towers, which is super convenient. Check-in was a breeze—we just walked in and got everything sorted right away. I highly recommend checking out the infinity pool on the 47th floor; you can catch a glimpse of the Twin Towers, and it's absolutely stunning."

"Room was spacious and clean, with basic hotel amenities provided. Excellent shower pressure with 3 towels provided for each guest (body, face and hand). Some degree of wear can be seen on certain furnishings and sound proofing may not be the best (can hear next door shower sounds clearly and corridor chatters can be quite audible). Gym is equipped with new technogym body analysis machine and all gym equipments appears new and well maintained. Buffet breakfast was basic, nothing to shout about although one can certainly fill their tummy without issues here."

"The floor drains in the bathroom and kitchen didn't have odor-blocking features, so as many others have mentioned, there was indeed a smell. Since I didn't request room cleaning, the staff skipped delivering daily amenities like water, toothbrushes, and tissues. They only gave me what I specifically asked for; for example, if I requested four bottles of water for the day, that's all I'd get – no other items. Most hotels I've stayed at usually leave amenities outside the room, even if it's not cleaned daily. It's convenient if you're using ride-sharing services, but not ideal for subway travel. Everything else was decent, comparable to a four-star hotel in China."

"We stayed on the 13th floor with a view of the hospital. We couldn't check in early, even though they'd emailed me asking for my arrival time and to notify them 15 minutes prior. The manager showed up an hour later, said they started at 9:30 AM, took our luggage, and told us to come back at 2 PM. We returned at 2 PM, and the room still wasn't ready. They gave us cards for Barcik (presumably an access card or similar), and we finally checked in at 3 PM, which was, as stated, the official check-in time. The complex itself was delightful; everything was clean and comfortable. There's a terrace on the 33rd floor. On the 8th floor, there's another terrace with a garden and relaxation areas, tennis, and a playground. The 50th floor has a gym and a game room. And, of course, the incomparable pool is on the 51st floor. The apartment has a refrigerator, stove, kettle, and microwave. For dishes, there's just enough for two: three plates, a mug, a glass, and a wine glass each. For cooking, there's a frying pan and a small pot. Housekeeping is on request; they'll message you in the morning asking if you need cleaning, trash removal, and towel changes. By the way, there are only two bath towels."
