Very cost efficient. Not that clean staff was very kind. Close to restaurants, convenience stores.

Totally disaster. I was Refused u to checked in as they told me they are “over booked “ apparently they do this a lot. Two others were there the same things . And no refund , unless you speak to trips and they give you a few dollars to get a free stay near by

I visited from LAX after travelling to Mexico. It does have a great amount of things to do in the area. It's good for a stopover, it has all of the economic things you need like a shower, plug-ins, and kitchen + microwave. Make sure you don't overwealhm yourself by staying to long. For that I rated it like 4 stars because there's so much to do, and the food makes it impossible. Overall it was a perfect experience.

Absolutely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Especially if you don’t wanna sleep in a room with THREE Bunk beds, 1 is in a closet/den ONLY separated by a curtain. There is another door in the same exact room that MORE people are staying in so you could really be in a room no lie with up to 9-10 strangers. Kinda odd to me. They put MEN AND WOMEN WHO DONT KNOW EACH OTHER IN THE SAME ROOM. The owner is RUDE & allegedly has dementia. Not something I care about since he shouldn’t be working if he has a medical condition THAT powerful. They OVERBOOKED and almost tried to cancel MY NON REFUNDABLE (regardless) booking when I didn’t check in at 11am same day. They were going to give me NO heads up but keep my money. The staff will talk about customers right there to the owner. Also the owner DOES NOT BELIEVE IN KNOCKING. He has came into the shared room MULTIPLE times without knocking. I felt UNCOMFORTABLE my entire stay. Also I had a “pay at hotel”option … that does NOT matter. They will STILL authorize your card ANYWAY. Unsure why you’re even allowed this option if they still give the owners rights to charge your card for full payment and try to make it non refundable regardless. I WILL be talking to Trip.com regarding my stay. DO NOT ATTEND DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!!

It was a ok place it's somewhere that I'll go back and maybe enjoy my stay and continue to enjoy Los Angeles thank you very much
