First of all the property is clean and attractive. It is however not as advertised. If we had known that the TV living room area and the kitchen are shared with other guests in what would have turned into a cramped area as all the guest rooms open their doors out onto this area we would never have stayed there. It's more of an upscale hostel which is fine if that is the way it is described to the guest. Also getting into the property turned into quite a chore. The access information was sent to us in Portuguese and as much as we wish we could we don't speak Portuguese. Also, the number we called for help was never answered. Thank goodness for the very kind restaurant owner next store who helped us get into the property. Needless to say, we ended up making a reservation elsewhere and didn't stay. Let me emphasize the property is very clean and attractive and if you don't mind the lack of privacy it would be a nice place to stay.

Remarkable! Run by a wonderful couple in a gorgeous town. Um casal Muito simpatico, especialmente a Dona Teresa . Um Cantinho de classe primeira.

The property is 3 miles away from the main sightseeing area of Belmonte. Since we have a car it’s not an issue. The owners of restaurant right next door O Bernardo’s were lovely. The Restaurant is a good option for lunch or dinner!

Beautifully designed building with living and cooking facilties. Gorgeous decor, clean and comfortable room. Added bonus of rooftop spa. Rural location.
Breakfast was very good served next door in the restaurant. We had lunch and dinner there which we paid for separately. Hosts looked after us very well. Would recommend.

This was such a wonderful, new, modern and comfortable room/guesthouse in a quaint, adorable town just out of the mountains. The hot tub on the roof had a wonderful view and the sauna was such a wonderful perk, especially after a day of hiking.

Local muito agradável. A Dona Teresa e o Sr. Bernardo são excelentes anfitriões. Muito atenciosos fazendo nos sentir como se estivéssemos em nossa casa.

Bom dia ! ADOREI ! Sou sincera ao início achei estranho o facto de ser cozinha partilhada mas depois até me esquecia que assim era. Partilhei o andar com mais 2 casais. Som ? Nenhum ! Tudo extremamente limpo e organizado ! O sr Bernado e a esposa uns amores ! VOLTAREI !

Quarto pequeno mas MT bem decorado e quentinho:) O dono super simpático e MT conversador:) Pequeno almoço MT bom e a dona super simpática Sinceramente uma excelente opção para quem queira visitar Belmonte e sortelha aconselhamos vivamente. Un bell'hotel con check in automatico. vi verrá inviato il codice di accesso con il numero dell'appartamento e della vostra camera. Un hotel nuovo che all'ultimo piano ospita anche una spa con sauna e vasca idromassaggio. La colazione viene servita nel loro ristorante "O Bernardo" di fianco all'hotel. Vi verrà chiesto di scegliere da un menù cosa volete mangiare a colazione specificando le quantità. Max 12 in totale per 2 persone. Tutto molto buono, anche la cena. Noi infatti abbiamo mangiato nel loro ristorante... Buonissimo. Il parcheggio è lungo la strada. Consiglio di parcheggiare dietro la struttura. Staff gentilissimo e attento. Siamo stati molto bene e lo consiglio molto.
