GGuest User- Reasonable 6-min walk from train station, but there are lots are cars and motorcycles parked on the roads, making it slightly difficult to walk with luggages, kids and stroller.
- We stayed in a 4-pax room. Would appreciate if there is more space.
- The interior is reasonably new, with a convenient water dispenser.
- The buffet breakfast is of reasonable quality, given the room rate is not too expensive.
- The staff is helpful - getting us the baby bathtub quickly and helping to call taxis quickly.

We brought our kids, expecting a peaceful night's sleep after some singing, but it turned out everyone else was here to party! I'm literally typing this because the noise is keeping me wide awake.
If you're going to accommodate party-goers, couldn't you at least inform family guests like us that it might be noisy until the early hours? Forget about noise control!
As I'm typing this, it's 3:30 AM, and next door, they're not just singing but also running around wildly, with heavy bass and thumping footsteps. I genuinely thought that if they accept regular overnight guests like us, they'd have confident soundproofing!
Please just tell everyone directly: parties are welcome, but if you want to sleep, don't bother coming! This is no place for a peaceful night's rest! This is how I felt at 3 AM.
P.S. After calling to complain around 3 AM, they actually managed to resolve the situation successfully. It quieted down within half an hour. That was impressive!
Then, after waking up at 10 AM, we went for breakfast. There were three main course options: steak, large prawns, and an omelet. All three were delicious! 👏 The steak, in particular, was restaurant quality!
The buffet's beef soup was tasty, and although the selection wasn't huge, everything was to our liking! The jar salads were especially appealing.
There was a nice interlude: a manager came to apologize for the poor sleep quality last night and offered us a complimentary chef's dessert. We truly felt the high standard of service! Thumbs up! 👍
The main thing is: my kids said they slept wonderfully last night and the bed was super comfortable. My wife said that even though she heard some noise, she also slept very comfortably! It just goes to show how excellent the beds are. ☺️
As a result, my children insisted we give it 5 stars because they slept well, ate well, and had so much fun singing! 🥳 So, it went from a one-star experience to a five-star one! ☺️
This level of service truly transformed what could have been an unpleasant experience into a comfortable one. It's truly exceptional!

It’a quiet and non-smoking which is also favorable for us. Its conveniently located near the night market so we really enjoyed going out and having some foodtrip that night. Good one I can recommend.

SSolo No.1Book this hotel mainly for overnight transit in Taiwan. Location is less than 10 mins walking distance from the train station, near to the premium outlet. Although is shared bath room, but is clean. Is free ride to Airport from the hotel this is good. Overall quite good except is sound insulation.

MMac Mac FaiThe room wasn't new and felt a bit dated. We also found there weren't enough charging outlets, and the TV wasn't a smart TV. However, the staff were polite. Regarding the hotel's location, it can be quite inconvenient if you're traveling with large luggage and need to take a bus from Taoyuan Train Station. I'd advise finding out about the bus stops closer to the hotel beforehand. Unfortunately, an adjacent building was undergoing exterior maintenance during our stay, and the noise disrupted our rest in the room.

GGuest UserThe views were lovely and it was very peaceful, making for a comfortable stay. However, my only real complaint would be the breakfast. The quality was quite subpar, and on the second day, it felt like they just repurposed leftovers from the day before, which left a very poor impression.

SSeow Hong TcheauLocation is near to the airport. Room was spacious, bright and very clean. Shower and toilet area even came with a tub. Staff was polite, thoughtful and efficient. Advised us on timing for cab pick up to airport by considering morning traffic while ensuring we had enough time for breakfast. Staff ensured that our luggage was dropped off and picked up right at our doorstep.
Breakfast was a good spread and it was prepared and ready on the dot. We appreciated this as we had to rush off to the airport immediately after.
There is even a private garage. It's a pity we didn't get to benefit from it as we've already dropped off our rental car before check in. The only negative is that we had to carry our luggage up the stairs as there was no lift access. But this was understandable as the garage was on the ground floor and the room is on the first floor.
Would definitely consider this place again if the price remains competitive in future.

JJazz ♡The room is big enough for two of us. The hotel looks quite old but didn't matter. There are some mold on the curtain in the bathroom. Budget friendly with breakfast included. Not bad at all.
