-The Cats were friendly
-Morning lady was friendly
-Good location- ten minutes walk to the Ancient water town entrance
-Electronics like Aircon and huge tv worked well
-Hot water worked well with shower and bath tub
-Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean

-The Window lock was broken which was a security concern
-Our ground floor room’s view was facing the hotel carpark, so using the bathtub meant the curtain had to be closed
-The breakfast is limited and does not have any Western dishes or choices
-one towel had a big hole in it

GGuest UserTraveling to Wuzhen with my elderly parents and kids, I'm so glad I chose this hotel – it definitely didn't disappoint! For Wuzhen, this hotel is certainly one of the larger ones, so I'm not sure why it has such a small-sounding name. I initially thought it might not be that great, but I was pleasantly surprised! The front desk has a charming, old-world feel, and the hotel's central location makes it super convenient to get anywhere. You can even hop on the scenic tour bus right outside. The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic, and our family of four was very comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast; it's a unified buffet provided by the scenic area, and it felt incredibly greasy.

The host is wonderfully friendly and welcoming, extremely accommodating to all requests, and even gave us a complimentary souvenir. Overall, a fantastic experience! Most importantly, it's conveniently located very close to the scenic area. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe price-performance ratio is super high, highly recommended! The room was upgraded. There is a restaurant downstairs, which is convenient for dining and the dishes are delicious. If you stay, you can get a 12% discount on meals. The service attitude is also very good. When I ordered white water fish, the boss also kindly reminded me to be careful of fish bones when eating too much. It is the best service attitude among all the tourist attractions I have visited. I have a very good impression of Wuzhen. It is my first time to Zhejiang and my favorability is directly maxed out! This hotel is also very close to Xizha, just two minutes walk from the door. The room is also clean and the bed is very comfortable. It's just that I forgot to take my facial cleanser when I left. I just opened it.

GGuest UserI was upgraded to the deluxe double room from the room of my booking as Siao D (the guy in charge) told me because
of low season/availability he was happy to upgrade me. I was very pleased and didn't have to pay any extra for the upgrade. Location is walking distance to the famous tourists West Scenic Wuzhen place. Eatery outlet readily available outside the hotel so were the rickshaws. Hotel very quiet. Siao D took care of every enquiries with no hesitation and helped me in all my needs. He sent me personally to the Tongxing train station the day I left, that was really awesome! (With no charge). Felt safe in the place too.
