We had even to the Innsbruck hotel 3 years ago when major works were being carried out at the hotel .After recently going back to the hotel I have found it has become better .Our room was perfect breakfast was perfect and the staff very helpful nothing was to much for them .The bar teams were very good and would always serve bar snacks.The reception team were brilliant.They gave us advice ro the places we might like to visit.I will be recommending to all my friends and family .Summery. Very high quality at an affordable price

It's within walking distance from the train station. It's also very convenient to take the bus. The service is very good. Free luggage storage. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. The room facilities are very new. The room is very big. It's a great experience.

It's very close to the Golden Roof, and overall it's very good. However, the smell in our triple room was particularly strong, and I felt like I was smelling bad after one night.

I have environmental dust allergies and have never had a problem at several other hotels around the globe. However, this hotel was visibly dirty with the sheets and bedsheets looking like they’ve never been washed. When I politely asked for my sheets to be changed, I was lied to and said they were changed when they were just folded back. The staff was excessively dismissive and the rooms were cramped with no normal amenities. I got so sick from the dirty room that it ruined my entire trip, never stay here.

House keeping not good, nothing topped up in mornings for coffee, tea etc. waiting at bar every night for ages. Having just one person serving was not good and needed more staff for level of customers

Nice location, but traffic challenging with construction. Parking is also challenging. We parked in the suggested lot across the street... several flights of stairs/no elevator....

From the moment we arrived it was wonderful, Camille the lady at the front desk helped explain things held our luggage for 3 hours so we could check out the town until our check-in. She provided a map to show us how to get around and explained our welcome cards for the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast we had include in the stay was way beyond anything we have experience in any other country or even the USA. Thank you to all for making my husband's 50th birthday so wonderful and special.

Everything from checkin to checkout was perfect! The breakfast is the best I have ever experienced with a wide variety and the option to order from a menu included! The spa…heavenly!

The parking garage we had to stay in for the hotel closed it’s doors from 6pm Saturday until Monday morning, we almost got our car stuck for 2 days.
