This is unacceptable! At check-out, the front desk staff demanded a €6 city tax, even though my booking clearly stated €4. When I insisted on paying the amount as per my reservation, they reacted with visible displeasure. It's not about the €2 difference; it's a matter of honesty and principle!"

"Easily accessible, modern hotel in the city center (no experience with cars), with everything useful within a short walk. Extremely friendly staff, unfortunately some only speak English. Clean, modern, and stylish rooms, unfortunately, a lot of carpeting. The breakfast was generous and there was something for everyone. It has its own small wellness area with a sauna and steam room, as well as a small pool. You can also use the adjacent gym for free. I would recommend it to anyone if the price was reasonable."
