Excellent! Stayed at "Giannoula" room. Crispy clean, great view from room windows, very friendly hosts and great breakfast made on the spot with some handmade items. Highly recommended, we will most likely visit again either during fall or springtime. Peaceful, quality time.

This place was absolutely amazing. I got there very late on Friday morning and the owner was very accommodating to help me find my room. The room was absolute breathtaking and the views were amazing. It’s a very out-of-the-way place, but I cannot recommend it enough.

Our family traveled to Vamvakou to visit our yia yia's home village. It was an emotional experience for us, and the hospitality at the Ruga guest house was exceptional. Angeliki and Takis helped us with our arrival instructions and bags. Nota, made a wonderful breakfast, and helped us with any questions we had about the village. If she did not know the answer, she called someone and fount it for us. The rooms were immaculate. We stayed in Marigo, which has a wonderful balcony, where we could gaze out on the village and listen to the birds sing. Tsevoula was a cave-like room, which was a really special place to sleep. Both rooms had a wet bar, with reasonable prices. There were no problems with the rooms. Thank you everyone for making our stay special! Donna Sheedy and family
