The room is comfy and elevator is provided. Recommend if u have limited budget.

Nice hotel because it had a great location ! So easy to find and near interlaken west station. If you take bus from interlaken ost station, it only takes me 5 minutes get to the hotel.
At the same time, supermarket coop, Migrolino and tourist information centre also takes 1-2mins can be arrived. Many restaurants and souvenirs shops nearby.
Staffs are nice and talkative 😃
Room is clean and big enough to open two luggage at the same time. Electric kettle was provided.
The minor thing is that there is no view outside the window. And the other thing is no toothpaste or toothbrush will be provided. I would recommend for the people who are in budget or with big luggage.

Located in the centre of the interlaken city , a coop just around the corner , good to buy food and dairies product !

The room is small, has no windows, and is too hot at night. Overall, it's average. The location is pretty good. It's the right distance from every scenic spot and platform. There's the largest coop right next to it.

The service is average, the room is average, it's a bit unbearable without air conditioning, it's very close to the building next door, I don't feel safe, it's located in the center of the West Railway Station, I probably won't stay here next time. The hotel/guest house is divided into 2 buildings, and if you arrive late, you will be guided to the guest house, and the staff are very unfriendly (2 male staff). Very many worms. The best thing is the location, but the location is not so good. There is no light in the corridor leading to the hotel room, so I have never been there, but it feels like a concentration camp. The rooms are also very close together, so the soundproofing is very weak. No air conditioning, extremely hot.
If you have to make a reservation, I won't stop you any longer, but I definitely don't recommend it..
