Recommended by a friend, this hotel is excellent. It has great facilities and the service is spot on. The sauna, in particular, is large and very comfortable. I even met a lovely Swiss person at the hotel and we had a great chat!

Great hotel but substandard Front door/concierge. Most of those men had their face glued to the computer screen, oblivious of costumer coming through.  On the other hand, the Italian restaurant waiting staff were fantastic. Room/food were as expected of a high end hotel

This is the worse hotel with zero tolerance. We need to cancel our trip cause our tickets get cancelled due to war in the Middle East, this the only hotel not accepting the refund and cancellation. We were also helpless due to the ongoing war and had to reluctantly cancel the trip.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like regular guests and all the staff were so friendly. It was such an exceptional experience we didn't to leave!

The hotel's location is excellent, and I'm very happy with the environment!

This is a lovely hotel with a lot to offer. The location is truly excellent—close to public transport and within walking distance of the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and very clean.  The only area that didn't meet our expectations was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the quality didn't seem to match the rest of the hotel experience. It was the one thing we were disappointed with. Despite the breakfast, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and comfortable rooms.

Service: Excellent, very reliable for luxury standards. Facilities: Top tier — spa, pools, courts, kids club, etc. Food: Very good, likely to satisfy guests looking for a premium dining experience.

The room is so comfortable, there are 2 times cleaning a day, normally in the morning once and in the evening will be offered the second time. They will offer chocolates too and it’s tasty. The concierge is very helpful also, they help us arrange skydive during our stay and the experience was so nice. Will stay here again someday.

The room was large and spacious, with a balcony offering a direct view of the Jungfraujoch – the scenery was beautiful. The hotel service was excellent, and there were many public facilities available. You could even book various yoga and fitness classes, or play tennis. A two-night stay was a great experience. The town's main commercial street is just a short walk away.

This is the happiest, most enjoyable, and most beautiful hotel in the world. It's a space for loving families and couples. The staff greet you with kindness and genuine hospitality, and everything about it is impeccable and top-notch. The delicious breakfast and a cup of coffee on the terrace are unforgettable moments. The pool, kids' club, and tennis court are also perfect, and time flies by the moment you step inside. This is the best hotel in Switzerland. (It's even more comfortable than the Bürgenstock Hotel, and I personally preferred it.)

Overall, this hotel is quite good. The location is very convenient, close to the city center, and surrounded by many restaurants and shopping areas. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable, suitable for extended stays. Although some areas are slightly dated, the overall hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel service is also good; the front desk staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out are efficient. However, the price-performance ratio is not high.
