Service: It was already 10 o'clock in the evening when we checked in, and it was still raining outside. The front desk staff learned that we couldn’t find the entrance to check in, so they came to the parking lot outside the door to pick us up. After breakfast at 10:30, the service staff will ask everyone at each table if they need it before removing the food. Any problems during the check-in process will be communicated and solved in a timely and friendly manner. It can be seen that the hotel wants to create a meticulous and warm resort hotel.
