"Just stayed there for few hours for transit. Hotel was clean, service was great and located convenient area by the airport. It was very nice to be able to have hot shower in middle of night before our flight that we didn’t have much opportunity during our trip. We also enjoyed the roof top bar in front of the hotel where the locals hang out."

"This hotel served as a transit point from Ho Chi Minh City to Phu Quoc, and overall, I was very satisfied. Even though my trip to Vietnam was quite bad, to the point where I don't want to go back, I still have to give this hotel a good review. 1. **Extremely convenient location:** It's right next to the airport, just a 10-minute walk away. 2. **Decent facilities:** The hotel's hardware is good, and the rooftop swimming pool is excellent; my kid loved it. 3. **Excellent service:** The hotel staff, especially the gentleman at the entrance, provided fantastic service. The doorman's kind and friendly smile was particularly memorable. Plus, the younger staff member spoke good Mandarin!"

"I recently spent two days and one night at De Lustora Hotel & Apartment, and it was a highlight of my trip to Ho Chi Minh City. If you are looking for a stay that combines a prime location with genuine local hospitality, this is a fantastic choice. The Service & Welcome From the moment I stepped onto the property, the staff made me feel right at home. Despite the building not having a lift, the team proactively insisted on carrying my luggage all the way up to my room on the fourth floor. Their energy and willingness to help really set a positive tone for the rest of my stay. Location & Neighborhood The location is hard to beat. I was able to walk to both Ben Thanh Market and the vibrant Bui Vien Walking Street with ease. What I loved most, however, was the neighborhood itself. It felt incredibly safe and welcoming; while walking back to the hotel one evening, some of the neighbors even invited me to join them for a drink! It’s rare to find that level of community warmth in such a busy city. Food Recommendation Do yourself a favor and wake up early for the cơm tấm (broken rice) sold right along the alleyway in the morning. It was absolutely delicious, authentic, and they even served it with complimentary Vietnamese tea. It was the perfect way to start a day of sightseeing. Points to Note The only minor drawback I experienced was the water pressure on the fourth floor. The flow from the faucet was rather low/weak, which is something to keep in mind if you prefer a high-pressure shower. Also, as mentioned, there is no elevator, so be prepared for a bit of a climb if you are booked on the higher floors. Final Verdict: A charming, budget-friendly spot with a soul. The minor technical issues are easily overshadowed by the incredible staff and the authentic atmosphere of the alley. I would definitely return!"

"The room isn't huge, but the layout is really well-designed and easy to move around in; nothing feels out of place or in the way. There's even enough space to open your suitcase without a problem, and it's convenient to charge your phone right by the bed. You can tell they actually thought about how guests would use the space, rather than just making it look tidy."

"It's alright, suitable for a layover or an overnight stay if you're transferring at Ho Chi Minh Airport. It's pretty much what you'd expect from a hotel near a transportation hub – safe and clean, no issues there. The front desk staff were also quite welcoming."

Shower was a bit off (always too hot or too cold, never quite right) and tried to charge me at the end for something they told me was free (an extortionate sum at that), I refused to pay as felt like a scam as I was trying to leave for airport."

"The soundproofing is a bit poor; I could hear people walking around in the room upstairs or next door at night. The showerhead holder in the bathroom was a bit loose, so it kept falling down every time I turned on the water. The water pressure was great, and there was plenty of hot water. The location is convenient; I could easily go out and buy my favorite durian, which was a plus! Overall, it was decent."

"Understand from the staff that the hotel was recently renovated about 3 years ago. Overall room is clean and good size for my ordered room size with window. Only comment is the complimentary tooth paste could be better instead of the paper packaging tooth paste which is insufficient. Other than that, it is a great hotel for this price range. Very near by the key Market area where plenty of local food, clothing, shoes and bag shopping. About 4km Grab ride to District 5, China town area."

"We stayed at the hotel after having an early flight from abroad. We checked in around 2am local time and the process waa swift. I didn't expect that the room was big for its price! Super worth it! There are lots of nearby establishments which make me wanting to stay longer. The hotel is also like just 5minute away from the airport. This is just so good to me and surely will book again in the future."

Overall, the room is comfortable for a short stay but has several minor drawbacks."
