Phu Quoc Island Hotels with Wifi

First off, the staff are truly excellent. They're friendly, hardworking, always cleaning somewhere, watering plants – truly the best! We arrived late at night, and they even brought our luggage to the room. While we were enjoying our welcome drink, they came to us for check-in. They also gave us a buggy ride to our room and upgraded it, which made our stay very comfortable. However, the handwritten welcome note in our room had someone else's name on it, haha. The dragon fruit in the welcome fruit basket was too ripe, so we didn't eat it. We chose the Pullman specifically because we heard fresh mangoes were available at breakfast, but they only appeared one out of our three mornings. It seems hit-or-miss. While there was a wide variety of food at breakfast, I didn't find it particularly tasty. Also, it was a bit disappointing that the pool closed at 8 PM. Definitely bring a shower filter. After checking out, we showered at the beach house. I grabbed a towel from the pool area to dry myself, but it smelled, which was a bit of a dilemma. Also, the area for putting your belongings was open with only two chairs, so we had to take turns showering. There was only shampoo and body wash, no hairdryer. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the bonfire and the bubble play was fun too. The shuttle service to the airport and night market was very convenient. If these minor inconveniences were improved, it would be a perfect stay!

From the moment I was collected at the airport to the seamless check-in experience, everything at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc was first class. As a VIP member, I was delighted to be upgraded to a beautiful King Suite with as sea view of the Gulf of Thailand, and enjoyed complimentary half board throughout my stay, which made the experience even more special. What impressed me most was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone worked hard to ensure my stay was comfortable, relaxing and completely stress free. A special mention must go to George and Vitia, who were exceptional throughout my visit. They are outstanding ambassadors for the Radisson brand and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The resort itself is stunning. The enormous swimming pool and pristine private beach make this a must-visit destination when travelling to Phu Quoc. The food was excellent throughout, with the breakfast buffet being particularly impressive, offering an incredible variety and quality. This was my first stay at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc, but it certainly won’t be my last. I look forward to returning soon with my family, and I know they will absolutely love it just as much as I did. Highly recommended. ★★★★★

The hotel lobby is huge. We stayed in a villa this time, and the tuk-tuk service provided free transfers to the lobby throughout our stay. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to the airport, which needs to be booked two days in advance. Additionally, the hotel has a poolside BBQ buffet with a fire performance and a live band show; booking in advance gets you a 15% discount. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, always greeting you as they pass by. It's a very family-friendly resort! There are also free shuttle buses to the zoo, amusement park, and Grand World Phu Quoc. All attractions are very close to the hotel, making it easier when traveling with children. The hotel's buffet has a lot of food, but it's the same every day, and the taste is decent. We only booked breakfast. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a kids' club, spa, golf, and cycling, so you can easily spend a whole day at the hotel even if it rains. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a trash can in the villa living room. Housekeeping came daily to clean the room and the pool. Also, some staff at the hotel's cafe were unprofessional; they were loud, took half an hour to serve food, didn't proactively ask what you wanted or offer recommendations, and some even had sour expressions.

The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for a getaway. The villa was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were excellent, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The resort amenities were also impressive, and one of the highlights of the stay was definitely the chocolate buffet—a signature Mövenpick experience that didn’t disappoint. During my stay, the water heater in the villa malfunctioned. I contacted the concierge through the app, and to their credit, the maintenance team responded promptly and resolved the issue quickly. That level of efficiency was much appreciated. Unfortunately, there were a couple of service-related experiences that prevented this from being a five-star stay. The biggest disappointment was that one of my perfume bottles was accidentally broken during housekeeping. While I understand that accidents can happen, what mattered more was how the situation was handled. After reporting it to the concierge, I was simply informed that they would need to investigate the matter, which could take quite some time. There was no immediate apology or any form of service recovery offered during my stay. Even if the investigation was necessary, a sincere apology and some acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have gone a long way in showing that guest concerns are taken seriously. Another area that could be improved is the buggy service. Communication is primarily done through the resort’s app, which generally works well. However, on the morning of checkout, we requested a buggy to bring us to the lobby. After waiting more than 15 minutes without any update, we eventually decided to walk ourselves while dragging our luggage all the way to the reception. It wasn’t the ideal way to end an otherwise relaxing holiday. Overall, Mövenpick Villas has a lot going for it. The beautiful surroundings, clean and comfortable villas, excellent amenities, delicious chocolate buffet, and responsive maintenance team made for an enjoyable stay. With more proactive service recovery when issues arise and a more reliable buggy service, I believe the guest experience could be elevated significantly. I would still recommend Mövenpick Villas for anyone looking for a relaxing escape, and I hope the resort continues to refine its guest service to match the high standard of its facilities.

The hotel is directly opposite the night market, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's close to shops, restaurants, and markets, and transportation is excellent. Located in the city center, taxis are easily accessible. It's also near the airport, with a free shuttle bus provided. The pool is large, and there's a private beach nearby. The cleanliness could be improved a bit.

Stayed for 3 nights. The two queen beds provided ample space for our family of four, and the ocean view was absolutely stunning. While the room was cleaned daily, the pillows had a persistent musty/sweaty smell that was quite unpleasant throughout our stay. Also, the air conditioner occasionally made loud noises, which was disruptive, and the drain in the bathroom was slow. I wanted to request a room change but decided against it to avoid the hassle. It felt like this room had been used a lot, and overall, it was disappointing. The pool water quality was also poor, making proper swimming impossible. However, the Saturday bubble event was a big hit with the kids! I just wish they had stuck to the event times. The chocolate hour wasn't something we felt the need to use daily. The breakfast restaurant was very crowded, and the food was just average. I walked to the main entrance once, and it took about 15 minutes. Note that the buggy service stops running after 6 PM.

I must say right away that the hotel can be rated five out of five, everything else is not the fault of the hotel and its service. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. It is not surprising that suddenly reconstruction and equipment for a new tourist facility (hotel, shop, restaurant, etc.) can begin in neighboring buildings, but we must pay tribute to the fact that the silence regime is still observed. This is Saturday and Sunday, a complete ban, repairs are possible only from 8:00 to 11:00 from 13:00 to 17:00. HL Melody in the neighboring block is completing reconstruction for its own apartments, that is, it is expanding its offer. It is said that everything will be finished by March 2026. But I repeat, it's everywhere on the island and on Khem in particular. If you think that hotels such as La Grotta, All Sand, Paralia, ANN and others of this class of hotels will be better, then you are mistaken. Construction and reconstruction are going on everywhere. Unlike these hotels, the location of HL is much better, far from the noise of the crowd of vacationers, the noise of passing cars and bikes. Khem Beach is a 10-minute slow walk away. The windows of rooms 101, 201, 301, and so on overlook the rainforest. At night, we turned off the air conditioner and slept with the windows open in complete silence. In the morning, we were only bothered by the roosters of the neighboring village and the forest birds. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. HL Melody service: very good. The Ngoan concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: new and clean. Cleaning was carried out every day. Towels are changed every day. The linen is all snow-white and dry. Please note that there is an error in the description of one of the rooms. There is only one kitchen for self-catering and breakfast on the ground floor. In the lobby there is a stove, refrigerator, dishes, professional coffee machine, water, drinks, Two bicycles in free use. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. There's an elevator in the hotel, but you can't hear it at all. In general, the sound insulation is good. We recommend this hotel. The price is fair and affordable, and the service corresponds to the hotel class. I repeat that the problems of reconstruction are a problem of Phu Quoc in any new location of tourist clusters - Marina, SunSetTown, Khem, and etc.

Good to all travelers! We stayed at this villa as a family. We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027.
