The location of this property is extremely convenient and offers very scenic surroundings, making it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with all the essential items provided for a comfortable stay. The only issue encountered was with the lifts: one lift does not serve the third floor, while the other does not go down to the basement. This appears to be a minor technical matter and should be relatively easy to resolve. Overall, it is a very pleasant place to stay, and I would happily recommend it once this issue is addressed.

The room was spacious with a fantastic river view from the balcony. The location is excellent, with a McDonald's and a supermarket nearby, and the room even came with a washing machine and a drying rack, which made living there very convenient. The only downside is that it's completely self-service. Even though I installed the hotel app as requested, I couldn't reach any hotel staff when I had an issue outside of working hours (the shower water suddenly turned cold halfway through my shower at night).

A few problems with this place. Checking in is tricky because there is no reception. They email you a door code. However, my email wasn't working. Luckily, some tourists directed us to the 2nd floor office, which is not signposted. Apartment is lovely and balcony has great views of the river. But the noise from the bars below will ruin your sleep. A big shame. Some small repairs also needed.

Unable to contact the hotel for check-in, I ended up waiting on the street for an hour before finally being able to check in. The hotel provided no prior email or text message notification regarding check-in, preventing me from completing the process. The same applied to parking reservations; there was no booking or payment information or link. Upon arrival, one of the beds had hair, and the sheets and pillowcases hadn't been changed. Hygiene needs improvement. I hope the hotel can improve its check-in process.

Very beautiful room, huge living room, facing the river, each room has a balcony, the view is amazing! The room is clean and tidy, everything you need is available, and you can use a washing machine and dryer to wash your dirty clothes during your trip.
