Very close to Inverness centre. Plenty of food and shops within walking distance. The room was a little small. But besides that everything else was pleasant.

The room was actually quite nice overall, but it's a guesthouse, so everything is self-service. Early check-in and late check-out are not allowed; check-in is at 3:30 PM, and checking out at 10:30 AM is really unreasonable. There was even a large spider in the room. We checked out at 10:30 AM, and the cleaning lady (a white woman) knocked on the door at 9:30 AM, then very rudely and meanly told us we had to leave immediately. I don't understand; we are guests, how can they treat us like this? Can we pay extra to stay a little longer? I completely don't understand.

I loved the self check-in, super convenient. Our room was near the front door so at times it was a bit noisy with people coming and going. A street facing room meant the blinds had to be closed at all times but otherwise, great location in Inverness to the main center.

Handy to have parking at the property. Would have been good to have a fridge in the room, we left our butter in the communal kitchen. Very clean. Nice hot shower. Quiet area Would recommend
