Stayed at this hotel for the fourth time because of my studies. The big point is the room is spacious. But, one minus point is the outdated tv. It’s time to upgrade to smart tv!

Grab car from Ipoh KTM station takes about 25min to hotel. Room is spacious however No Power Socket at headboard. Only 1 power socket hidden under side table. Grab car to Ipoh Parade Mall will cost between rm15-18 for 15min ride.

Everything was fine except the wifi, it was intermittent. The staff was helpful and checked us in even though we arrived early.

Everything was good , the stafff are friendly, the food are delectable and the suite is superb , spacious and new. Recommended to travellers and it’s only 10 minutes from Ipoh city centre 👍👍

This was my second stay here, and I still love the spacious room. Everything was perfect overall. 🤩 This time, we were a little unlucky because the room suddenly had a blackout in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. The next morning, after we called the service counter, the staff came to check and found that an electrical wire had burned out. They kindly offered to let us change rooms several times, but since we were checking out soon, it was fine for us to stay. The staff also apologized sincerely during check-out. Despite this small issue, I would definitely stay here again because the location is excellent, very close to tourist attractions and the highway.👍

Room is dark and not comfortable, air conditioning noisy ,whole night sound klik klik klik....... No USB socket and no socket near the bed, not convenient ! Reading light broken and dark !!!!

At Ipoh, this will be the hotel I book for all the time, it is not a new hotel but it is very well maintained and strategically located at the city heart.

Very satisfied. The room was spacious. Great value for money, especially with breakfast included. The room had complete amenities. The hotel is close to a supermarket and eateries. It's easy to get around. There's covered parking. The only minor issue was a sewer smell in the toilet when we first entered the room, before we even used it. After a while, the smell faded. Overall, good.

The rooms were well maintained, clean and spacious. There is indoor parking within the building. Location wise its a but further from the center of Ipoh but that's fine as you can get a Grab car to anywhere you want to go if you dont feel like driving. Food wise there is a Japanese restaurant, a ********* restaurant and another cafe just down the street so you will have options for food. The only thing that's lacklustre is the cafe where service is not great and food quality is so so. We didnt take the breakfast option due to our previous experience on that. But the room itself is so worth the money spent. The bed was firm and comfy, water pressure was good with adequate hot water. I'd stay again for the room alone.

This is my husband n me favourite hotel. We already checked in here for several time. Included my friends and my big family. Sarapan nice especially when they serve soup at the corner. The teh tarik amazed. Recommended.

Very old hotel, room has bad smell & pretty bad cleanliness. Not advisable to stay in his hotel. Requested for extra water but staff claimed that need extra charges
