Apartment near to shop restaurant and hypermarket We got units near to parking lot and facing the pools. Make sure bring swimming suit security check every angle of pools. Water slide is not function well too bad for kids . Rate we got 200+ acceptable if more then 250 is not recommend to stay. Difficult to collect key and make sure u unlock the grill when to collect key 😅 if not u need someone to keyin password from the outside .

The location is at the south of Ipoh, nearby Aeon station 18 and lotus. The only things is soundproof of the property is not good. The property is clean and comfortable for short trip.

Multiple times staying with this host. This time bed found some left over hair from previous stay. Hope to improve.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to extremely poor cleanliness. The unit was not properly cleaned — the floor and especially the bathroom appeared as if they had not been cleaned for months. The attached photos speak for themselves. When I raised this issue with the lady manager, instead of taking responsibility, she blamed the cleaner for not doing a proper job, and then blamed me for not informing her on the check-in day. We were travelling with young children and elderly family members, arriving late in the evening, and had our travel plans to manage. It was not reasonable or convenient for us to deal with such issues at that hour. At no point did she acknowledge the lack of quality control before handing over the unit. Instead, she explained that she is home-based and not able to personally check each unit. While that may be her operational challenge, it should not be passed on to guests. Ensuring cleanliness and proper inspection before renting out the unit is a basic responsibility of the host. Overall, the cleanliness standards and management response fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

Very spaces and cozy stay.

This is my second time staying at this apartment, and the pool is very clean! Parking is easy, and there are many great food options nearby. It's convenient whether you're driving or using ride-sharing services, and it's not noisy at night, making it perfect for families.

Clean and comfortable. Family also say very nice. Will book here again.

The apartment is run-down. The bedding wasn't clean; we found hair and stains. I definitely do not recommend it.

The homestay is clean and well-equipped with basic necessities. For those bringing children to swim in the pool, please ensure they wear proper swimming attire — even jersey shirts are not allowed. In my opinion, it’s suitable for two families. However, if there are more, the entry and exit rules can be a bit inconvenient for those who are not used to them. Overall, it’s good.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ipoh Manhattan Suite. The unit is very clean, spacious and well maintained. The location is convenient and the check in process was smooth. The swimming pool is great condition especially for kids, making it enjoyable for families. Overall, it is a great place to stay, offering both comfort and value. Highly recommended!

The house and the amenities provided was good, only downside is the serviced from the apartment side the rule for the waterpark and swimming pool was too strict. Wont recommend people to come here if they intend to play the pool and waterpark.

Very nice house and clean but 1 heater was not working and washing plate soap finished but still it was really good the ac was so cold
