Great value for money! We had three rooms with three large beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room that we really enjoyed. The service was very responsive. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV were all provided. The only minor issue was that the floor was a bit dirty when we checked in.

The location is good and convenient. The overall environment is acceptable, and the house has three bedrooms, which is suitable for families or groups. However, the bathrooms could be improved. They would benefit from better maintenance and updating to provide a more comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re looking for a convenient location and enough space for a group.

Firstly my original confirmed booking at The Horizon was cancelled by the Management and when I rebooked the cost had more than doubled. When I arrived at the premises I found towels hanging in the cupboards. I texted the owner to check if they were clean and was assured that they were, however minutes later some workers were sent to the unit to remove them. After walking around the unit with my bare feet it was covered in dust and again I contacted the Management with an attached photo, and he/she informed me that I would have to pay extra for cleaning service. I protested that I had just entered the unit and expected it to be cleaned before I got in. Moments later two cleaners were sent to the unit to mop the floors. While the unit is generally in good condition and the air condition is cold, don’t expect too much. The kitchen utensils are quite basic and old, the pillows are old and hard and needs to be replaced. Finally there is a stench in the lift lobby on the 13th floor.

The location is good as it is nearby city center and tourist area. The drive up to parking area can be quite challenging if you are driving larger or longer vehicles due to tight corner at turns going up or coming down each floor. Nothing much to say about service as it is self checked in and self checked out. The room was quiet and my family could enjoy a quiet and peaceful night sleep.

The overall experience from checked in and the conversation with the support is good. Information given is sufficient too. I didn’t park at multi storey car park, end up just to pay extra parking at visitor parking and no need to round up to multi storey car park. Only aircond at living hall need to improve the cold, seem not cold even on for few hours. The rest are good. Sofa got some dirt with the dust and some biscuits. Not well clean. Definitely will recommend to friends.

Great place to stay, nearby with the nice Nasi Kandar restaurent with a nice pool for my kids. Will come again for our next trip...

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

The overall hygiene was terrible, with hair everywhere on the floor, even on the bed. The dishes and bowls were dirty, and the dish brush looked disgusting. The only good thing was the location.

Good location as near to Hospital. The room is good with all the facilities. However, for big group stay in 4 bedrooms apartment with only 1 access key is a big tough to travel. 2nd toilet flushing system not working proper. However, customer service is good with policy limitation.

I ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone

When I enter the unit is full with small cockroach, the power socket is loses out and a part of wall is damaged. And I did not report it, and they treated like I damaged and ask me for the repair cost of RM80.

Pictures can tell everything. The bed was dirty—it looked like they didn’t change the bedsheets. There were curly hairs, long hairs, and a lot of very short hairs, as well as dirty stains on the bedsheet. It was itchy the whole night. I contacted the person in charge, and they came the next day to change the bedsheets and clean the room. However, they didn’t change the quilt cover, and the dirty stains were still there. In the end, we bought travel bedsheets to cover everything.

It was a last minute booking, yet the host was able to reply as soon as possible. Just waited for a while for them to help out the check in procedures. He/She has been very helpful with the questions. The room is very clean (which I really like) and everything is in good condition (maybe the couch can be cleaned a lil as there is a little stain on it when we entered the room. But overall, everything is good and they also have a water dispenser prepared.

Overall, the stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues: Master Bedroom: The ceiling fan was not working, and there were ants and mosquitoes present. Room 2: The mirror was broken. Room 3: No hangers were provided. General: The hair dryer was damaged and unusable. Gym Facilities: The gym is very run-down, and many machines are not working. Toiletries & Linen: Only hair and body shampoo were provided. Towels were old and worn out, and the bedroom sheets were not very clean. On a positive note, the infinity pool is nice and well-maintained, which we did enjoy. However, the issues above significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. Proper maintenance, cleanliness, and better provision of basic amenities are strongly needed for future guests.
