The room is clean, big enough, there’s living space for sharing, with refrigerator, sofa tv and others its really a good place to stay, its location is near to all those famous restaurants so very convenient, the parking is at basement, although go into the hotel need to walk out from basement because no direct lift but still okay not far, the price is very reasonable and definitely be my first choice next time when i visit ipoh. The check in is self service, fast and easy. Love it anyway

It was definately a excellent value for money stay.
Strategic location where you can easily access to food for breakfast , lunch and dinner .restaurants, banks, convention centre, pubs, cafes and clinics all within 300m. Next door is a food court.
Cystal clear check in instruction.
Parking lots are safe as well equipped with CCTV.
The room is super clean, dust free surfaces, odourless bathroom and sink.freshness linens with comfy bed and pillow.

Everything was nice, accept one thing, the toilet tap is leaking, hope can fix it immediately.
Easy check in process and it was a nice stay.
There is no access from parking to accommodations. 😬😬😬, or did I the one who dont see the access or any stair thar link to the building? 🤔🤔
Overall I love stay here. Will book again if I comeback to Ipoh next time. 😍😍😍

My stay at Resandau was absolutely superb. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had a warm, homey feel. I also appreciated the secure parking within the property, which added peace of mind. For the price, it truly exceeded expectations, there was nothing I could fault. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
