Everything is good. The room is spacious and comes with good amenities. However, I would suggest providing mineral water in the room. I would also like to comment about the front desk staff, who was a bit rude towards elderly guests like us. I ordered GrabFood, which was supposed to arrive between 8:05 pm and 8:20 pm. However, the rider arrived a little early and called me, but unfortunately, I did not hear my phone ringing. Later, I saw the message, so I went down to collect the food at the front desk. The front desk staff responded to me in a rather rude manner. If he was trying to joke or tease, I felt that it was inappropriate, especially towards elderly guests like us. I hope the management can take this as constructive feedback and remind the staff to be more polite and respectful towards elderly guests.Otherwise it ìs a nice hotel and i will defenitely come back to stay there

The property is still new now, most of the fixings are still good. The shower water pressure is not strong enough. The hanger in the bathroom has dropped. Found food underneath the bed. There are many dust in places like the shelfs, underneath bed and sofa. Swimming pool size is small but the gym has a good size and with good equipment for simple workout during the trip. Check-in is simple, check out we just need to return the key. Easy access to parking.

Enjoyed our stay here as family with small children..room clean spacious,staff helpful, friendly. No other issues. Very beautiful apartment.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room floor was a little dusty, but the rest of the room and common areas were clean. The gym facilities are good and well-equipped. There is also a swimming pool, although the design seems more suitable for relaxing, playing in the water, or taking photos rather than actual swimming. Free parking is available, which is a nice bonus. The kitchen utensils were new and clean, and the room was also equipped with a fridge and microwave, making it convenient for longer stays. The best part is definitely the mini mart on the ground floor. It offers a good variety of groceries, food and beverages, and the prices are quite reasonable. Very convenient if you need to grab something without leaving the property.

Very good! Especially the security is quite rigid, guards are hardworking. The entire environment is clean and wide, a cozy experience! And the public areas are well designed.
