The front desk staff was not responsive and slow. The lobby is warm with Aircond not working well. The room is big but outdated and in need of urgent upgrade. The ammenitis are lacking.

The air conditioner is not working properly. The hotel is kinda old. Otherwise, the front desk receptionist is helpful and polite.

The curtains were not thick enough, allowing sunlight to stream in and making the room feel hot. The café staff member behaved rudely, accusing us of not paying for breakfast without checking first. The staff member did not apologize after we showed proof that our booking included breakfast, and simply walked away with an unpleasant expression.

Great view, and no deposit required! The only thing is the door closes quite loudly, so you have to be careful when shutting it. Excellent value for money, definitely the most comfortable stay I've had in Ipoh, much better than the hotels in Kuala Lumpur.
