The hotel's driver has been very friendly & kind, providing free shuttle van service & surrounding areas. Really face of the hotel. Met with their sales director that she is frequent in Japanese also a suprise that will recommend my Japanese friends to stsy there next time.

The staff I interacted with were excellent- friendly smiles, able to answer queries and helpful. Even the back of house staff greeted us with smiles!!

Check in was hassle free.
One night the basement carpark was full. Mr. Haziq at reception, he moved his car for us to park!!
When I checked out, complimentary ride was offered to take me to the airport. Thanks!

Bathroom floor corners need a bit more attention!
Room Wifi for our devices was unacceptably slow, same with the TV. The TV channel went on and off with the "circle" turning indicating wifi is slow.
Overall, I would recommend to my friends for this value product!!

Close to town, comfy bed. Simple minimalist style, clean room and bed. Cleanliness in the bathroom and toilet however needs improvement. Quick easy check in, friendly staff.

The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel truly welcome. The location is also great — close to restaurants, shops, and attractions.
