stairs otw up to the attic has lizard shits, bedsheets in upper floor has abit stained from the dust.. staff is amazing

Hotel is clean and the decoration is very pretty. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Everything is perfect, overall we had a pleasant stay, would definitely stay again when we’re back to Ipoh.

The decoration and decoration of the hotel are very attentive, with both classical flavor and a strong Christmas atmosphere. Every place is very photogenic. The staff are also very enthusiastic and introduced the various facilities of the hotel in detail. When we went out and encountered rain, they took the initiative to ask if we needed an umbrella. The whole environment gives people a warm and comfortable feeling, which is worth experiencing.

The hotel is very unique and has a beautiful environment. The butler was kind and introduced many surrounding restaurants and attractions. Will come again next time if I have a chance

A very special hotel. It happened to be Christmas season. The photos are super beautiful! The service is also very good! It is best to drive yourself. It is very convenient

Tudor style, approaching Christmas, we started to decorate the first floor environment, which is warm and comfortable. However, the bathroom and toilet are small and have a strange layout. It is quite pleasant to relax on the balcony in the morning.

The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The building isn't new, but it's clean and the interior is cute! I'll definitely stay here again. Thanks to the staff!

It should be equivalent to a homestay. It is a large villa with a good environment. We arrived at the store very late and the security uncle opened the door for us with the key. The staff can speak Chinese and are polite and enthusiastic. It is about ten minutes drive from Ipoh Railway Station.

The location of the accommodation in the manor is a little inconvenient, but the overall decoration environment is quite unique and thoughtful. The room design is large and clean, making it suitable for a group of friends who are willing to try a new environment. 

The hotel design and furnishings are pretty good, with a bit of ancient European style. The room is just average. The area around the hotel is quite remote, with nothing to see. The hotel staff is quite friendly.

If you are traveling by car, it is highly recommended. The family suite we booked is on the first floor. It is very large, very cozy and close to the attractions. If you check out at 9pm, just put the key in the mailbox at the door.
