booked this hotel after i read reviews.. turn out the hotel not like what i expect. The exterior of the hotel looks beautiful, but the room was quite small and did not meet my expectations. the dnt provide iron inside the room.

The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. One of the best parts was the delicious Ipoh dim sum nearby — fresh, tasty, and perfect for breakfast or brunch.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and both the hotel environment and room were generally clean. However, the mattress was too soft—movement from my partner could easily be felt, which affected my sleep. The TV remote was also difficult to use, and the internet connection was poor, causing constant buffering when trying to watch shows.

The hotel's strengths are the spacious rooms and the presence of a bathtub, making for a generally comfortable stay. The cleanliness was acceptable and met basic standards, but the overall environment was quite ordinary, with nothing particularly special about it. The only minor letdown was the service details: even though we booked a triple room, they only provided two sets of toothbrushes and bath towels. We were even charged an extra RM5 for an additional bath towel, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, if you're looking for a short stay and prioritize space and basic comfort, this hotel is a decent option, but there's room for improvement in terms of service details.

The hotel in Ipoh has a beautiful artistic design and a very cozy atmosphere. The lift uses an access card system, so you can only go to your assigned floor, which makes it feel safe and secure. They have booth for photography for moment

Stayed for one night in the Junior Suite. The room was spacious, and the convenient parking was a definite plus. However, the room felt a bit gloomy and had a slight musty smell. Cleanliness was just average. An okay stay for the convenience.

I truly feel fortunate and lucky to have discovered this HIDDEN JEM of a Hotel! It is Centrally Located in IPOH, Malaysia and Shopping and Restaurants are closeby and within walking distance! The room was spacious, clean and with a very comfortable bed too! The Room rates are quite reasonable and a great overall value. I think what sets this Artistic Hotel apart from others is the 5-Star Service provided by each and every member of the Team! I had the pleasure to meet the General Manager, Front Desk staff and Room Attendenta and each and everyone had a positive attitude and genuinely cared if I was happy at ALL times. I believe they went above and beyond ALL of my expectations to ensure I was 110% SATISFIED with my stay. YES, QUITE FRANKLY, I WAS 110% SATISFIED WITH MY STAY AND HOPEFULLY I'LL BE BACK IN THE NEAR FUTURE AND WOULD LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN! ¡Gracias Amigos! Señor Ricardo
