The room is very cool at night, just need to open the fan. Which is very good. Free parking on multi level building which i found from their hotel's tiktok very useful. Lobby decoration is very nice. Also near to Ipoh Night Market. Easy to find halals food. Hope to stay here again.

Choosing this hotel because it is easy to find eateries and do shopping at AEON which is across the street. Breakfast has limited variety.

Cozy and comfy. Room is also clean. Location is quite centre so mostly reachable in 30mins to any attractions. Staffs are friendly and kind. Would come here again

The reception counter for check-in was hidden away, making it hard to find. Overall, the suite was decent, but too many small details didn't quite live up to expectations. There were no slippers and no fridge.

Overall not bad, bed quite comfortable. But there is not much space in the room. And there is a gym at outside like semi open space so during night is quite dark.

Customer service was great. Ample parking. There are cafes right downstairs. I love that they give 2 access cards compared to other Ipoh hotels which give only one card. It just that the room was a bit too dark, kinda hard to do my makeup. 😂

A deposit of RM100 is required upfront before checking in the hotel, and they only accept cash or card. If it's paid by card, they will only return your deposit in 2 week's time, something I find ridiculous. Luckily I paid in cash so it doesn't apply to me. Other than that, I find the facilities to be satisfactory, the complimentary tea and breakfast to be adequate and the hotel staff to be very courteous. The strongest point is actually the location, which is right next to a shopping mall.
