The location is near the city area, near most of the attractions, the room and hotel environment is very clean. Need to go over to the receptionist to waive the car park fee every time you go out. The swimming pool is near the outdoor carpark. A water dispenser is available on every floor.

My first time staying here. Impressive. Huge room with nice decorations. Staffs are very helpful and excellent. Will definitely come back.

Usual business trip hotel stay in Ipoh.
The environment are good, great hospitality, staff are very helpful, even the guard always welcoming guests when entering the hotel.
Breakfast not bad too.

This hotel room is spacious and the reception staff are very informative and helpful. However, the rooms windows are not sound proof and you can hear the road noise clearly.
