Great location and easy access to food and attractions. Unfortunately, the bathroom shower head was poorly maintained and looked dirty. I reported the issue several times, but it was never attended to. A small item perhaps, but seeing it every day during the stay became quite frustrating. ONE ⭐ - WORST EXPERIENCE - TERRIBLE & UNACCEPTABLE Checked in Hotel Excelsior on 1 June 2026. I paid RM50 deposit using my debit card and the amount was deducted INSTANTLY from my account , they received and held my money. But when I checked out and asked for my deposit, they shocked me by saying I have to WAIT FULL 14 DAYS just to get my own money returned 😡😡😡😡😡😡 The 2 staff whom I communicated with earlier were COMPLETELY USELESS, ZERO HELP and UNCOOPERATIVE from start to finish. They didn’t try to understand my situation, ignored my requests, gave cold answers and refused to take any action to solve the problem at all, their attitude was extremely bad and unprofessional. They clearly told me this is the rule set by management, Victorious. NO CASH REFUND will be given at checkout, This is unfair and ridiculous practice. They grab my money instantly, yet they informed me to wait for 14 days to get back deposit what belongs to me. EXTREMELY BAD policy, EXTREMELY BAD service & EXTREMELY BAD attitude. DISAPPOINTING. ⚠️ WARNING: DO NOT trust what they say verbally.
