The hotel is quite clean, room service pretty fast. Basic amenities overall quite well maintained. Breakfast options is limited

The bed and bathroom were clean, and the bathroom water pressure was high. The hotel's location is convenient with a nearby shopping mall, food stall. Car park ramp is very tight and easy to scrape the walls.

Strategic location, opposite is Ipoh Parade Mall, behind walking distance to Foh Sang Dim Sum and Ming Court Hong Kong Dim Sum

The hotel has a great front desk team, always with smiles. I was attended too by YiYing at check in and for other requests. Hotel has pickleball court Great base to stay at Ipoh town, central location

THe location is fine, a bunch of local restaurants are next to it, as well as convenient stores. The other side , there is a huge shopping mall, which is a good place for shopping / food. Not far away from Train station as well as the city centre. What you need is the APP Grab , and 15mins. Breakfast was included in our booking, and the food was fine; there were more varieties on Sunday than Monday. The swimming pool is pretty good. If you go there by 7:30, you can enjoy the stunning sun rise view. Overall, highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Ipoh for few days.

The refurbished hotel is excellent on location and cleanliness. Ease of movement to Ipoh Parade.

The hotel is located in the old town. Ipoh parade is just opposite the hotel. To old town, just walking distance, it is very convinient for all tourists n business traveller as well as family. The room is simple n modern. Just a small matter to highlight is housekeeping is too slow for those would like to work in the room. Breakfast variety is good n variety.
