Good breakfast, room is big, premier twin for a family with 2 kids is just nice fit us. Can improve on the aircond not cool enough, and please mention clearly cannot park car and below the lobby. Our car been summon by the authorities.

nice and quiet. maybe becoz its not school holiday/weekend. good hospitality and staff are all polite and helpful. room is clean eventho a bit old style.

Clean rooms. But when room door is open/shut, it creates a vacuum in the room that makes the windows vibrate. Also, should have installed double layer glass window panes or noise reduction screens because noise pollution from the street is clearly heard. Air conditioner couldn’t be reset as the control panel was locked resulting in us having to sleep without AC the entire night. We didn’t want to call maintenance because it was past midnight when we returned to our room.

Receptionist - very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Parking - a bit limited, but available, just a bit far. Breakfast - a variety of menus. Delicious. Reasonably priced. Room - exterior. Got a room with a nice view as requested. However, the bathroom had a musty smell. Internet - needs an upgrade because it's slow and couldn't access Netflix. But overall, excellent... would repeat.

So far the hotel so good, very comfortable and very convenient for me, quite easy to parking. All staff so friendly definitely repeat soon…

Great price for a very great stay. Room is huge and staff are very welcoming just like at Impiana KL. Breakfast selection is decent and affordable. Late checkout until 6 with reasonable charge and theres a coffee machine for breakfast.

Stayed here again after my previous visit in 2024. There have been some improvements since then, especially the swimming pool, which has been upgraded and looks nice. However, the cleanliness of the pool water still needs improvement. From the surface it looks clean and blue, but underneath, the water and pool area look quite dirty. The room was good overall, but the pillow was quite hard for my liking. The air-conditioning is centralized, and the room was still quite warm even when I set it to high. The café is currently closed for renovation and has been moved/replaced with a temporary café on the 1st floor. Hopefully, the renovation will bring further improvements, and I’m looking forward to seeing the completed changes on my next visit. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are still a few areas that could be improved, especially the pool cleanliness and air-conditioning.

I called to enquire few times on the transport from hotel to airport and the receptionist was very patient. Good stay.

One of the best value for money hotel and comfortable stayed in Ipoh city. Especially the spacious family room with nice scenery as well. Definitely will come back soon again.

Enjoy my stay, the facilities are great, the staffs are friendly and very helpful, very clean place. I like it very much.

Kid love the pool, check in with fast and smoothly.
