Close and good location will recommend to my friend when they have plans yo ipoh

As the name suggests, it's located downtown, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was great!

Location within 10mins walking distance to tourist spots. Shower water was good enough. Cleanliness needs to be much improved. The bed sheet and blanket were not cleaned and stained. The screen of the television was broken. Roadside parking space was very limited, although a covered “parking garage”provided, the scary and steep narrow entrance need to have a very skilful driving techniques required.

The hotel is in a great location, but parking is a bit limited. The bed linen had a slight smell, but after I mentioned it, they quickly changed it, which was appreciated. The room cleaning service was excellent. The night staff didn’t seem as welcoming, but the morning staff was much friendlier. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

Well located place. Great for short visit.. very safe for motorcycle overnight parking in their basement as there's security guard overnight to take care of the vehicles there..

The location is strategic to lots of eateries by walking distance. Worth the price with it's small but equipped room.

Location was great, in the middle of town, walking distance to gerbang malam & ipoh parade. Service & facilities was good. But it was noise around the morning, due to construction beside (shell pump station).

The location is great for walking distance to reach all the Makan place and Night market. We enjoy staying there for 2 nights, will be back to the same hotel for our next trip. Room is just a good size and the aircon is great.

Absolutely terrible. Filthy. They only provided two bottles of water per day, and refused to give more. The cleaning staff just piled all the sheets and towels on the floor. The mattress was disgusting; I had to sleep in my clothes because I was scared to let my skin touch it. It's rare to find such poor quality even in China.

The location and services is satisfactory but the overall conditions of the Hotel and parking was a disaster. This Hotel is only good for those without personal transport.

Great location and nice food within walking distance and room is clean

The room was spacious and conveniently located near Concubine Lane and a shopping mall. However, the facilities are a bit old, the shower was leaking, and the hairdryer was broken.
