Our stay in this hotel was good, the check in process was really simple, staff were friendly and always available where needed. Our room was very clean, and our beds comfortable. My partner also commented about how clean the bathroom was. Would come back again!

Late weekend booking required to see family, this hotel offered a comfy room and the member of staff was friendly and very helpful to us on local knowledge. Ease of booking also very good. Would definitely stay again will need to in the future. Thanks for making our stay nice.

The bed was comfy, but because it was high compared to home I found it uncomfortable to get off as I had hurt my back the previous week. Room was basic but absolutely fine. Couldn't get BBC1 in HD on TV which was annoying as I wanted to watch MOTD. Alll other Freeview HD channels worked fine. Buffet breakfast was good and at £9.99 worth having and a fair price these days. We will stay here again when we visit family next time.

The room was clean as was the bathroom tea and coffee supplied warm but most of all very quiet and could see our car from our room which is reassuring. Staff were friendly and informative. We booked breakfast which did not disappoint there was everything you could possibly want and more again staff very helpful and friendly. We are of senior age and need our peace and quiet which we had

I had a very pleasant stay recently. Clean room, attentive but not intrusive staff and pub directly next door, perfect for what I required. Stayed mid-week for 2 nights for business purposes. It was nice and quiet and I only had to walk about 20ft from the entrance/exit to get some food and a pint.

Great hotel, friendly staff and nice clean room. Couldnt really fault the room at all, the staff were very friendly and polite and there was no confusion about the rooms which i have had in other Premier Inns before. Could definitely tell the room had been recently cleaned.

This is a fantastic Hotel which we have used regularly for many years. It is easy to get to and the perfect base to see Ipswich and the surrounding areas from. Veronika, Jack & all the staff are always extremely helpful and friendly whenever we stay.

I really Enjoyed my stay. Check in was a smooth experience my room was lovely and clean, I felt very comfortable. The evening was quiet I had a great night sleep the mattress was perfect. All staff that served me was brilliant. 100% would stay again

I stay here every 2 weeks and I’m always treated very well by the staff particularly Jack, Veronika, Suzie and Lisa. My room is always spotless, the bed is very comfortable and I sleep like a log ! I will continue to stay here for my bi-weekly trips. Thank you
