This hotel is very nice. It is a very convenient place. The staff are also very nice. I will stay in this hotel next time I go to Irkutsk. There are also many scenic spots nearby, which you can visit.

The front desk doesn't speak English, so translation software is needed. The location is great. The room temperature is low, so you need to ask the front desk to turn up the room temperature, otherwise it's very cold. The breakfast is super good, very unexpected. Останавливались в отеле в декабре 2023 года, отель понравился , сервис хороший, номер чистый и ухоженный, персонал дружелюбный, ужинали в японском ресторане в отеле, очень все вкусно, завтрак в ресторане на 7 этаже достойный, рекомендую

This is an outstanding hotel for tourists visiting Irkutsk from the United States. I though the service was excellent, the staff very friendly, everything was well designed and useful for those who visit Siberia for the first time. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Hote was very good, we had a quick check in ( everything was ready for us when we came to the hotel) we were with a baby so it was very convenient to check in fast. Room was very clean and spacious. Which is a good thing because baby can walk around and hotel gave us baby cot ( this infor will be useful if you are travelling with a baby). Not much of view but extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.
