Останавливались в отеле в декабре 2023 года, отель понравился , сервис хороший, номер чистый и ухоженный, персонал дружелюбный, ужинали в японском ресторане в отеле, очень все вкусно, завтрак в ресторане на 7 этаже достойный, рекомендую

房間裏有中國畫 估計是主要接待中國人吧，入住體驗很好，酒店周圍步行距離就是卡爾馬克思大街 吃飯出行都很方便，前台小姐姐非常好幫助我們打車。

Лучший отель Иркутска. Прекрасный доброжелательный персонал. Отличные рестораны и завтрак на 5 баллов из 5. СПА работает до 23.00 и есть возможность сделать массаж после рабочего дня. Массажистка выше всяких похвал. Просто молодец. В отеле возник небольшой инцидент, персонал продемонстрировал супер-клиентоориентированность для решения ситуации. За что большое спасибо. Очень рекомендую

Были проездом и заселились в этот отель, остались еще на сутки! Очень комфортные номера и удобные кровати). Хорошая шумоизоляция, отличный спа! Персонал вежливый и внимательный, реагирует моментально на просьбу. Кухня на высоте, все очень вкусно.
