Embassy Suites by Hilton Irvine Orange County Airport

It's close to Irvine Airport, but still relatively quiet. Breakfast is very simple.

I booked a hotel for three nights and parked my car in the adjacent public parking lot. The night before I left, I received a text message on my credit card informing me that the hotel had charged me for parking. The next morning, I asked the front desk, puzzled. They explained that because I had entered and exited the parking lot once each day, even though the parking lot sign stated the first half hour was free, and even though my car had entered the parking lot three times over three days for ten minutes each time, I was still charged. I don't know the charging standard—whether it's based on cumulative time or some other criterion—but anyway, I was charged $32. This kind of arbitrary and inexplicable charging is very frustrating and annoying. After much negotiation and several twists and turns, it took several days to get the money back. This experience has given me a deeper understanding of Hilton Hotel's management practices; I'll definitely try to stay away from them in the future.

The hotel is relatively large and has a unique interior environment. It is near Irvine Airport and offers free airport pick-up and drop-off services. It is located in the central business district of Irvine and the surrounding environment is relatively good. The internal facilities are not very new, and the American breakfast is not as good as before the epidemic. Parking is charged.

It's OK, but the hotel is a bit old. There are no slippers or toiletries. I don't like it.

The hotel was nice when I first arrived. It was clean and the customer service staff was friendly. However, the hotel is a bit old and the carpet in the room smells a bit. The breakfast was also very simple. Basically, I had coffee, fried eggs, sausages, and some fruit. The price was not worth it.
