La Quinta by Wyndham Irvine Spectrum

There is a high speed train right next to the room, I mean literally right next door. It comes by about every half hour. I could not sleep at all, it would have been nice to even have a warning or offered earplugs because it’s so loud  and nonstop. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper or even heavy sleepers might actually have some issues.

This was probably the worst hotel ever stayed in. The walls were rough concrete. The carpet looked like it’s 30 years old when we walked in the bathroom sink was half full of water that was dirty and the tub shower. The tub was filled with rust and dirt, pretty disgusting and yards away from the window was a train that ran all hours of the evening and night if we hadn’t checked in at midnight, we wouldn’t have stayed at all, and they didn’t seem to have any other rooms available, which was strange but as soon as we got up in the morning, we left. You can see the water sitting in the sink was a constant problem, but I didn’t take a picture when we walked in then the dirty water that was in there, but you can use your imagination after looking at the lack of cleanliness in the bathtub.

Ok, had a good nights sleep but needs a good cleaning on the main building attached to the office. Has lots of spider webs in the area of room 111 outside and had it in my room a big web by the window. Breakfast only has boiled eggs as a protein per the front desk. The parking lot is shared with the companys next store but did not have a problem. Spa / hot tub was dirty and green also cold , pool was good and clean.

Our stay was highly disappointing. We discovered bedbugs in the room, and the overall service was extremely poor. They did not help to solve change room for us. But let us checkout ahead of schedule. The front desk staff only handled check-ins and were reluctant to answer any questions. To make matters worse, there were no luggage carts available to move our bags, and the facilities felt very outdated. The only acceptable part of the entire property was the parking lot. There were trains noises nearby.

Always a great stay, cant wait to come back, very cozy right in the middle of all Irvine

Really old hotel. Ice machine didn’t work. Only working machine in gym was treadmill. Too expensive for the quality of room.
