Nice staff and very kind attention. Not good location to go around the hotel for eating or doing something.

Waited at airport for shuttle for 45 mins outside super cold at night.
Wake up call set but never call.
Coffee missing 1 set of cream and sugar.
Run out of shower gel.
Hotel to Airport shuttle runs every 40 mins.
Good hotel for transit but with this price, services to be improved

All good except you need to call ahead to front desk if you want a shuttle from DFW to the property. Property to DFW no issues.

I wanted close to the airport, and the hotel was that! Between the constant road noise and the planes-taking-off-right-over-my-room noise, I finally fell asleep from exhaustion. Next time I will stay much farther away from the airport and drive there.

The only downside: no hair dryer😂 I arrived at the hotel after ten o'clock. I thought about washing up and then went to bed. After washing my hair, I searched the room and couldn't find a hair dryer. I fell asleep with my hair wet.
But the hotel is very close to the airport, uber will arrive in ten minutes. The room is big and has a microwave. There is a canteen downstairs, and I took the opportunity to purchase a wave of snacks for the quarantine when I returned home😂

房間非常大。離機場比較近，幾公里路程。酒店有shuttle bus到機場。提前和酒店説一下。從凌晨3點多開始就有。間隔大約40分鐘一趟。還是比較方便的。否則打Uber還是比較貴的。我們來的時候是凌晨一點，機場打過來40美金。
