My room was upgraded with a small extra charge to a one-bedroom suite. The room was clean and very comfortable. The free full breakfast was a great addition.

Our room was very noisy we couldn’t sleep the first night. Next day they did switch our rooms so we had to move all of our stuff from the first floor to the third floor. There was also a bad smell throughout the hotel.

First I would like to thank Vanessa for her outstanding customer service. Any questions we had she answered and offer advice on locations to check out! Thank you so much Vanessa!! The property was beautiful and we felt like we were home away from home. Of course the breakfast was amazing and the kitchen staff did an amazing job, to include the cleaning staff. I will always stay at this particular location while visiting Dallas!!

Checked in late. When I got to my floor there were trash bags with trash outside in hall.
The odor of people cooking not sure what but didn’t smell very good
Heard kids playing in hallway late
Next morning around 9 went down for breakfast.
The breakfast area was packed with adults and kids ( not sure why their not in school.). all of whom could not speak any English
Very rude
I was told these were illegal immigrants that taxpayers are picking up bill. Thanks Joe
95 % of people I saw were Hispanic
Also learned that the hotel is an extended stay facilitiy and thry and only clean rooms once a week
It should be a requirement that Hotels who are participating in this program designate it when booking.
The reason I booked the hotel was based on the reviews.
Trust me don’t believe the reviews
If I were staying free and eating free I would give 5 stars also

They updated the public areas a few years ago but there are a few signs of the property aging. Altogether an excellent place to stay. I particularly like the free breakfast.

Comfortable stay, room was very ample with lot of amenities. A little bit old but everything is kept spotless. Staff was nice and accommodating. Lots of parking spots but they are rather small, I drive a small suv and had issues parking.
