The hotel is located near the sea, right next to the Couple's Rock parking lot, offering free parking. You can walk to Couple's Rock from here. If you're driving, there are many convenience stores along the way, and it's only about a ten-minute drive to the city center. The hotel has many private hot springs, which can be booked at the front desk. While the room facilities are a bit old, the space is not small; we were a group of four with four large suitcases and still had plenty of room.

The hotel is located by the sea, surrounded by a residential area with many charming shops that evoke a nostalgic Japanese atmosphere. The beach just outside the hotel offers stunning sunset views and is also very close to major attractions.
My favorite feature was the hotel's bathhouse. Besides the communal public bath, you can also reserve a private family bath, allowing the whole family to enjoy an hour-long bathing experience together.

The front desk staff, shuttle bus drivers, restaurant owner, and all the other staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, just like at a traditional Japanese inn! We had a very comfortable stay. The seaside was quiet and perfect for a stroll, and seeing the Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks) was a huge bonus. We were completely satisfied!

The hotel is within walking distance of Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks), and there are souvenir shops, an Akafuku tea house, and delicious udon restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. I really liked the restaurant on the top floor; the staff was very kind and the food was delicious! Also, when sightseeing at Ise Grand Shrine, there was a free shuttle bus, which was very convenient. Although the baths were not hot springs, it was great to have many private baths available for free. The only issue was that for the total number of rooms in the hotel, there was only one elevator, and it was very stressful repeatedly waiting a long time for it to arrive, or finding it full when it did. I ended up using the outdoor stairs several times.

We stayed here to visit Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks) and Mikimoto Pearl Island. We took a bus from Naiku (Inner Shrine) and got off at Futami Sogo Shisho-mae (Futami General Branch Office). It was an easy walk of just a few minutes to the hotel via Family Mart.
We also appreciated being able to use the private baths from 3:00 PM without a reservation. We opted for breakfast, and you could choose between Japanese and Western style. Not only was it delicious, but the view from the 10th floor was also fantastic, making for a very pleasant morning.
Meoto Iwa was less than a 10-minute walk away. Mikimoto Pearl Island was less than a 20-minute bus ride from the east entrance of Meoto Iwa (though be sure to check the bus schedule as they are infrequent). I'd love to see Meoto Iwa at sunrise (or sunset) and also visit Toba Aquarium, so I'd definitely like to stay here again then.

Located near the beach on the way to Meoto Iwa. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The free private onsen baths were a welcome bonus.

The hotel is a bit dated but overall clean. Hotel has a drink service in the morning which is a plus. Yet the private onsens are very full. The next availability is 1:30AM when I tried to book at 10pm

While the staff was friendly, the facilities had some limitations. With only one small elevator (max 6 people), getting up and down during rush hour is a slow process. Additionally, the onsen area was disappointing as it is significantly smaller than the pictures show. It felt quite crowded even with just a few people inside.

Great location!
Waking up in early morning and walked to Meiotoiwa power spot was such a fresh start of the day.
Sea breeze and calm wave brought us a serene mind on our 2nd day of January.
However, room was quite outdate but clean. I was surprised by thin wall that you can heard the person next room singing song when they’re showering lol.
Breakfast line and space as well as private bath is quite limited. Better to arrive and early check in to pre book both BF time and private bath.

Public hot spring pool is too small to have more person and only one elevator for 10 floors building is inconvenient.
