Excellent Quality service, Location just short walk distance to 4 major site of beautiful Esfahan offer Super friendly and helpful hotel staff, from beginning we check in, until we check out all the box are ticks. Highly recommend this property for Iran experience in our short stay, it was remarkable. If I may give only suggestion was to add selection of vegetarian dishes to the menu. Definitely we recommend this property to our family and friends. Everywhere in Iran to our experiences people are super nice and helpful. Mr Hasan our transport driver from Esfahan to Shiraz was very polite, passion mature man. Try as much as he knows to explain everything each sites we pass through on the way to Shiraz. I am an Iranian who live in the US. This is my first visit to iran in 25 years. Hotel Ghasre Monshi was recommended by a friend. I would thank my friend for his recommendation. Besides the unique design and architecture of the hotel, the most impressive part was the hospitality of the staffs. The enthusiasm and ever welcoming faces of the staffs are world class. The traditional private bath was also the experience of my lifetime. Some of the items in the breakfast buffet was also so unique.

Convenient and spacious rooms with friendly and kind staff. I highly recommend the hotel if you like classic and historical spaces. The environment is really cool and romantic . I enjoy it a lot. That was an amazing experience. Parking and distance from old Isfahan was great . Also the breakfast items were delicious.

I would rate Qasr-e Monshe Palace Hotel in Isfahan a 1 out of 5. The prices are exorbitant, the location is terrible, and the staff is extremely rude. Cleanliness is severely lacking, and the breakfast is nothing special. They charge a fortune for ordinary decorations. If you have any requests, they treat you as if you're inconveniencing them. I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my stay and do not recommend it. Hopefully, I'll find a better hotel next time.

We have excellent moment in this hotel with dal(iranian bathroom) This place is wery closer to naghsh jahan (medan emam), lotfollah masque,chehel sotoon,abbasi mosque and aalighaboo Staff,s wase wery respectfull and the room,s wase wery cleen Food was wery delicius

The atmosphere is very quiet and cozy. The staff are very very friendly and welcoming. One the best things about this hotel is the breakfast that contains different types of fresh juices, hot fresh breads, well baked pancakes and lots of other delicious stuffs. Really enjoyed our stay!!!

I would give this hotel 1 out of 5 because it is not worth the price at all. The pictures online are misleading, and what you get in reality is completely different. The housekeeping staff is very rude; they enter the room without permission and touch your personal belongings. When you ask them why, they are very impolite. The bathrooms smell strongly of bleach, and I kept coughing while in the shower. The staff talks loudly early in the morning, and the noise comes into the room. We asked to change to a quieter room, but they were rude about it. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
