Hotel is located slightly off the busy area which I like cos it’s quiet. Very near to Family Mart and supermarket Overall stay was pleasant with the room rate. Note: - Located slightly away from the busy buzz yet near to 24hr Family Mart and MaxValue. - If you need constant attention and with room cleaning, bed making service daily, this will not suit you. - Hotel staff only work on certain hours and do not speak much English. Super helpful when I asked for help eg:calling a taxi. - Fresh towels are provided daily and they placed on the door handle. - Room is spacious with big sea facing windows. - Will be great if there are more hooks on the spacious walls or toilet. - Enjoyed also the public bath esp after a day out of walking! - Free breakfast was sufficient.

It's far from downtown, but within walking distance.

The location was great, so it was very convenient and easy to get around, and it was a great three days. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and bath. I really like the same hotel in Shinkawa as it has a good location, but this new hotel was also spacious and relaxing.

There is a free bus to the bus terminal, and if you take advantage of it, you can overcome the geographical disadvantage. (When I checked in, it was late at night, so it was about a 25-minute walk from the bus terminal.) The bus requires reservations. Reservations required the day before. By chance, the bus I reserved was reserved for one person, so I asked to adjust the departure time, and they agreed.

The staff was courteous and I had a comfortable trip. This is an eco-friendly hotel. I stayed for several nights, and it was nice to be able to dispose of trash and change towels right at the door. thank you very much. I am grateful.

As soon as I entered, I opened the window and saw the sea. It was so beautiful that I kept looking at it. The windows are large so you can look out until it gets dark. That's great! ! I thought. If the weather was nice in the morning, I would have loved to see it all the time. Unfortunately it was a cloudy sky, but I still enjoyed the sea. It was nice because it was blue and beautiful! There was only a brief explanation at the front desk. Welcome drink at the buffet corner I didn't know anything about it, so I read the notice on the elevator. You might know about it for the first time when you see it, or you might check to enter the store when you go to the buffet. Do I have to? I was confused. The room was well-cleaned, but I was a little disappointed because the toilet paper was folded in a triangular shape and was missing, and the bed sheets were dirty. The scenery is amazing, but I had a lot of concerns that I wanted to write about. thank you very much.

At first, I didn't know about Hotel Shinkawa, so I couldn't understand the advertisement for new construction at the 730 intersection. Although the scale has been reduced, it has been a long time since I last visited the Grand View Hotel Viking. I was able to use the service after confirming my membership, age, and address.

The ocean view room was great! However, I was very disappointed that even though I stayed for 3 nights, they never came to clean the room. I can't help but stay for 2 nights. The breakfast buffet was very delicious.

We were unable to stay for two days due to Typhoon No. 12, but we are grateful that breakfast was provided despite the small number of guests. I think it must have been difficult to maintain other facilities such as the large public bath, but it was no different from before the typhoon. Thank you again to the staff.

It's new and beautiful. There is a shuttle service from the ferry terminal and a shuttle service to the airport on the way back, which is very helpful and convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and there aren't many hotels with large public baths on Ishigaki Island, so I highly recommend them.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a sense of freedom, which made me feel very relaxed. Breakfast is buffet style with a wide variety of menu items. The bath was spacious, and the check-out time was late at 11am, so I felt it was worth more than the price. Also, I didn't use it because I checked in late, but it seems like there is a large public bath, so I would definitely like to use it next time. The distance from the remote island terminal is approximately 2km. I tried walking and it took about 20 minutes. There are Family Mart and Max Value nearby, so those who don't plan to go downtown will be satisfied with the nearby area. The receptionist was kind and the hotel was comfortable.
